Wir können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Auto konnten wir sicher auf dem Grundstück parken. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben zweckmäßig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Den schönen Außenbereich mit der Ruhe und der schönen Terrasse haben wir sehr genossen. Es gibt ein paar Kleinigkeiten die man reparieren könnte, Nachtischlampe, Licht am Badschrank und der Duschkopf spritzt (leider sprechen wir kaum Italienisch) Für den Mietpreis gibt es nichts zu meckern.

Wir waren vom 01.04.2023 bis 08.04.2023 in der Wohnung uns hatte es sehr gut gefallen. Besonders für unseren Golden Retriever ein Paradies, die Signora war sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit.

Kleine, sehr saubere Ferienwohnung von sehr gastfreundlicher Vermieterin. Alles hat reibungslos geklappt, lediglich das WLAN hatte manchmal Aussetzer.

De algehele staat van de woning was netjes en de woning was compleet. Ligging ten opzichte van water was niet optimaal. Wel te lopen, maar met een behoorlijk hoogteverschil. De tuin is prima, maar uitzicht is er niet echt, behalve op een oude kas. Ruimte voor verbetering geldt met name voor de badkamer waar je kan douchen in een wel heel klein badje met gordijn. Niet te doen zonder waterballet en bovendien gevaarlijk. Tip bidet eruit, bad eruit douchekop naar korte wand en glas ipv gordijn

Sehr schönen Garten - leider viele Stechmücken Die Sitzbadewanne hat die Größe eines großen Handspülbeckens und der Wandbereich weißt Schimmel auf. Am Badezimmerfenster gibt es eine Ameiseninvasion Die Matratzen sind durchgelegen und drücken Schränke, Regale und Vitrinen sind zur Hälfte mit Habseligkeiten der Vermieterin belegt. Dadurch dass das Appartement länger nicht bewohnt war, gab es viel Ungeziefer Für deutsche Stecker nur 2 passende Steckdosen Wlan gut Zufahrt enge steile Bergstraße

Eine Woche Urlub bei Laura.

Das Haus und Ferienwohnung liegen im Ortsteil Bracchio.Sehr ruhig gelegen. Unsere Vermieterin Laura hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns gleich alles nötige im Haus gezeigt. wir verbrachten 7 sehr schöne Tage am Lago de Mergozzo.Gerne wieder.

Die Aufnahme der Gäste durch die Vermieterin "...", ist zuvorkommend, persönlich und freundlich. Da die Vermieterin aus ihrer Zeit im Tourismusgewerbe viele Informationen der Urlaubsgegend kennt, erhält man von ihr viele Tipps. Wer sich italienisch unterhalten will, ist bei dieser Vermieterin gut aufgehoben. Ferner sind ihre Deutschkenntnisse hervorragend.Der Strand am Lago di Mergozzo ist leicht zu erreichen. Ein Parkplatz in der Nähe ist vorhanden. Der Standort ist geeignet für Ausflüge in das Naturschutzgebiet Val Grande, Valle Antrona und an den Lago Maggiore. Der unmittelbar zugehörige Ort Bracchio zeigt noch die ursprüngliche italienische Lebensweise. Direkte Wanderungen in das Gebirge sind von der Wohnung aus möglich und eröffnen überwältigende Blicke auf den Lago Maggiore und den Lago di Mergozzo. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestatet. man fühlt sich in ihr wie zu Hause.Insgesamt fällt mein Urteil über die Ferienwohnung so aus, dass es sich lohnt, mehrmals dort zurückzukehren.

Nette 2Zi.Einliegerwohznung, Einrichtung und Dekoration sehr geschmackvoll gemacht. Die Sitzbadewanne im Bad ist beim Duschen nicht besonders günstig. Leider waren die vor Ort zu bezahlenden Nebenkosten für 10 Tage mit 86,– Euro meines Erachtens nach zu hoch berechnet. Reisetipps: Der Lago Mergozzo, sowie sein großer Bruder der Lago Maggiore bietet für Urlauber jeden Alters und Interessen ein Spektrum.
