"Dirty room, bad breakfast. Sorry, Larkspur, but for the price, advertisement, and quality, this place really was sub par. For the same price there are many other places I could have parked my vehicle for a trip out of SeaTac AND stayed. I get the feeling that this place stays open thanks to the homelessness crisis in Washington State. It was more like a homeless shelter than a "luxury" place to rest as advertised. The crowd that stayed here was incredibly high and sketchy. Never again."

"Breakfast was ok. Room was ok. The main issue was the guy in the room next to us yelling and shouting at his wife at 2am in the morning. This went on forever. Took the hotel a long time to do anything about it. We had to call the front desk multiple times. The police showed up banging on the door and shouting…pulled the guy out into the hallway next to our door to question him and go through their whole ordeal whether the would book the guy or not. Middle of the night, so loud, all this going on while guests are trying to sleep. They separate the husband and wife leaving the husband there who continues to make noise, shout, throw furniture around which results in the police coming back and arresting him. Mean while, the hotel said nothing to us or tried to accommodate us in anyway. Asked to be moved to another room possibly, but nothing. The whole ordeal went on for 3+ hours. The next day checking out the girl at the counter knew we were in the room next to all the commotion and didn’t even care or apologize on behalf of the hotel to paying guests. Very uncaring and no sympathy. Shady area and unsafe. Don’t stay here. Not worth it!!"

"The house was wonderful! The host was great with communication. The beds and pillows were super comfy! We really enjoyed having the fireplaces. Plenty of space for our paty of 12. Super convenient location for trips into the City. Also loved the local cafe only 1 mile from the house. It was absolutely perfect for our trip!"

"Pool was down and parking garage is the worst i have ever seen, spots too small for most cars so half of spots unuseable."

"Expedia's information said check in is between 3pm -10pm. I arrived at 9pm only to find the lobby closed and no one on site. After 30 minutes I was able to get someone from OYO on the phone who did not try to problem solve with me--just said they would refund me but had not alternative for a place for me to sleep that night. Then, I heard back from them 2 days later and they refused to refund me. Awful service. Terrible check in policies. "
