"Hôtel récent et moderne. Chambres confortables, très propres, au calme. Personnel de la réception accueillant et apporte toute l’aide requise. Quant à la localisation, on ne peut pas demander mieux: au cœur de Gênes et près de la Gare Brignole pour se rendre dans les Cinque Terre, Portofino et partout ailleurs sur la côte."
"The lobby is beautiful with old fresco. Everything is organized and well taken care of. The breakfast is good. The room itself was average but had all the amenities needed. The location is conveniently located in the old town close to most of the attractions. All the stores are shut down after 7 pm except the restaurants so the streets in the area look abandoned. It's easy to get lost in the narrow streets which can be dark at night. I was a little nervous going out at night having to navigate the abandoned narrow alleys. "
"Lovely and clean. Surprisingly quiet considering the room overlooked a main road. Super friendly and attentive staff and a fab breakfast to start each day. Comfy bed. Great location. "
"Good breakfast with pleasant staff.
Room was clean and nice size.
Good central location and next to train station for easy day trips. Hotel is old but in great condition and has wonderful charm, especially the elevator. Was also nice to use the rooftop terrace and bar at the related hotel next door. Restaurant's in the area are great but the restaurant in the hotel was very nice also if you don’t want to leave. Would definitely stay again. "
