"Eapitia is a very interesting town, we had a truly unique experience. The hotel is beautiful and the staff extremely kind and ready to help.
We went on the new year’s celebrations, but were not aware that the town host a huge party and fair that leeches out the electricity all over, and the noise is a marvel of decibels. We were without electricity for most of the trip which makes everything very challenging.
However we try to roll with it with the help of the great staff of the hotel....

"Immaculately clean room and surroundings. The staff was very friendly and helpful in making sure our stay was delightful. The continental breakfast included various fresh fruits, which we did not expect."
"The underground cave is amazing and unique experience. Both pools were lovely and available 24hours a day. The food was moreso crafted than it was cooked delicious and specialty.
Would love to come again.

"Great location. Big rooms and friendly helpful staff. The food is very good in both restaurants. The place gets hoping at nights on the weekend but the rooms at back closer to parking lot are fairly quiet. We left something behind and the staff got it to us in Merida which was a huge relief. They even packed a boxed breakfast for us during at early departure to Chichen Itza for day. "
"A great find. We travel to Valladolid often and try different hotels each time to find our "perfect" return to place. We have just found it.
Great location. We walk to all our favorite restaurants from here. Great value. Super clean. Quiet at night. Good mattress. Breakfast is as advertised, coffee fruit baked goods. Lovely little wine cellar with some interesting and very reasonably priced Spanish wines."
"Internet is good. Breakfast buffet should be offered a discount if we stay at the hotel. Good service nice staff. We had the suite 15 with jacuzzi. new section...but noisy next to the road. Bed is tough hotel should choose memory foam mattress for best comfort.we will return"
"Beautiful property and with the rooms being clean and comfortable.
We attended a brunch on the Sunday representing Yucatan foods which was outstanding. Definitely would recommend and return to this hotel. "
"This is a beautiful 16th century hacienda. It is quite well maintained, but it is obvious that more money should be invested to bring it back to its former glory, especially the bathroom ceilings.
However, for anyone who wants a peaceful and quiet vacation, outside the city but not too far away, this hacienda is an excellent choice.
But, guests must be aware that this facility is in the forest, there are animals, humidity is constantly present - this is a tropical area after all.
The staff is very friendly, they speak mostly only Spanish, but communication is possible with apps. On the other hand, whatever we asked was done immediately.
This is a place to rest your soul from the city crowds and everyday stress! It is wonderful to sit on the porch in the morning, with the discreet voices of animals and enjoy excellent coffee brought to you by smiling staff!"
