modern villa located in the beautiful valley of Ubaye 10 minutes of Barcelonnette very comfortable, ideal for 8 people.
Large living kitchen fully equipped 60 m2 opening onto large hanging terrace with table for 8 and its garden.
In the ground floor, 4 bedrooms each open on another terrace with deck, 2 master bedrooms with shower and 2 double bedrooms. A separate bathroom and 2 toilets.
For a stay with family or friends, this home offers a wide range of dynamic holiday, relaxing or discovered thanks to the proximity of the town of Barcelonnette rich history.
This house is ideally suited for those who want to enjoy the peace and relaxation or for sport, this is the starting point for many activities such as hiking, rafting and river sports, the GR 56 is in front of the house . It is also an area very popular with cyclists who come face 7 passes (the cayolle, vars, the windscreen among others). Taking the car, you can enjoy horse riding, karting, gliding, golfing, fishing or swimming in lakes around the Lauzet or Jausier.
In winter you can go snowshoeing from home or from skiing in Sauze, Pra loup, la Condamine.
In summer you can attend a jazz festival in Barcelonnette late July.
Stewardship, there are several supermarkets, discount, and the outdoor market Barcelonnette Wednesday and Saturday morning very well supplied.

Chalet encore plus beau que sur les photos. Très agréable et bien équipé. Magnifique vue sur les montagnes par les grandes baies vitrées. Propriétaires très aimables pour répondre à nos questions pendant le séjour.

Quelle belle découverte , tant de la région que du chalet

Magnifique vue sur les Alpes tout autour de la maison, c'est encore plus beau que sur les photos! Et que dire de la maison: qualité exceptionnelle ! Bien conçue et agencée (les chambres au rez semi-enterré restent très fraîches) . La pièce de vie au 1er étage est superbe et les grandes baies vitrées font en sorte que l'on reste en contact permanent avec la montagne . L'équipement est très agréable au niveau cuisine et également côté TV DVD HiFi. Elle ne manque de rien. Barcelonette est à 10 min en voiture et c'est une petite ville très agréable et animée sur la place en soirée. A voir absolument: le lac de Serre Ponçon . Cela doit être bien agréable aussi en automne et en hiver , avec le foyer à bois pivotant vers le salon ou la salle manger. Nous y retournerons très certainement.

Un cinémascope d'altitude !

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons bien sûr été émerveillés par la vue splendide à 180 ° de ce chalet conçu comme un cinémascope d'altitude ! Et surtout quel bien-être on a tous ressenti, dès le matin en se levant ou après le ski quand on se retrouvait dans cette pièce à vivre baignée de lumière ! Tout est neuf et joliment décoré et l'équipement est parfait. Les propriétaires ont bien fait les choses... Et finalement on était ravi de ne pas être en station : çà nous a permis de varier le ski et de réellement découvrir ce superbe coin de l'Ubaye. Déjà tout simplement à pied depuis le chalet... Vraiment une semaine magnifique !

Un véritable havre de paix. Une maison tout confort au décor soigné et raffiné avec une vue exceptionnelle. La tranquillité absolue à 10 minutes de Barcelonnette et la possibilité de faire de très belles balades en partant à pieds de la maison. Nous y avons passé un très beau séjour.
