"This is a beautifully decorated house with ample space, games for the teens, and a wonderful garden area. The best part of the property was the wonderful hosts. We came in late after many of the restaurants had closed and helped us get something to eat. They truly went above and beyond. It has great access to the Loire Valley chateaus and we wish we had more time at this location. The kitchen, coffee bar and bathroom were exceptional. Hats off to whoever the decorator was! "La maison est très belle, bien décorée au rez-de-chaussée et bien placée vis à vis du zoo et des châteaux. Par contre, elle est située à l'angle d'une rue passante et bruyante, pas de rideaux aux fenêtres donc pas d'intimité.Pas de rangement dans les chambres ni de lampes de chevet,Un matelas très inconfortable (on sent les ressorts), on a dû demander une couette pour la placer au dessus et améliorer le couchage.Equipements de la cuisine réduits au minimum : 1 poele, 1 casserole , pas d'éponge,...

"L'annonce est incomplète car il est inscrit "logement entier" pour la chambre zen alors qu'il s'agit d'une chambre dans une maison où l'autre chambre peut être louée, ce qui a été le cas. Partager la même salle de bain et toilettes n'est pas confortable. De plus la cabine de douche était sale (moisissures). Il faut prendre les clés dans un enclos où il y a des chèvres et un âne. Le matin du départ, la voisine qui nourrit les animaux a reçu un coup de sabot de l'âne ... Je n'étais pas à l'aise...

"We wrote to the hotel that we should arrive after 21:00....no response or check-in arrangements were sent to us. We got there at 22:30 and the self check in machine was down....so no help. Eventually some guy / staff member appeared from nowhere.... First he said our booking is not real.... despite giving him my printed reservation and booking number.... despite being paid already! Then we managed to get a room. The guy refused to validate our room for wifi and said to use the visitor option instead. When we did that, the option required a French mobile phone number.... so we had no wifi. Incredible. The room had a bathroom door with no handles, etc, etc....never again here.... "

"Ample secure car parking, easy to find and a great and warm welcome. The room was huge, nicely laid out and the bathroom spacious, everything was clean and bright. As it was Bastille Day they had a local celebratory one off meal on a day when the restaurant was usually closed, and we were invited to join them as guests. Our dining experience was in the large garden which was well laid out with plenty of space in between tables in an almost woodland setting. The moules frites was substantial and superb and the aray of starters from a buffet were homemade, fresh and delicious and you could return for more if you wished. This also included dessert which you could also have more of for and a glass of beer each...all for €20 which was great value for money. The waiting staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive and took pride in their offer. The breakast was generous with pastries and bread, an assortment of chacuterie and yogurt and a good choice of tea and coffee. The waitress was friendly and approachable and ensured we had everything we needed. Checkout was speedy, and they thanked us for our stay. All in all great value for money."
