"Staff was rude and room was not clean and door in room looked like someone tried to break in and wouldn’t close correctly and charged us and extra 100 dollars for deposit when it didn’t say that on website."

"The room had a bad smell and it seems like I wasn’t the only one. As I was waiting to check in, the attendants that were there were making fun of the previous guest. They were saying that he complained about the odor yet he came back. Apparently there is a problem with a smell in the rooms. There was also a vehicle park with signs that said homeless and they need it money "

"The pictures you see of the vineyard most of the views they post are not what you will get. I choose the villa and once i gt there was really disappointed. The room was really small the tv was positioned off to the side. Although it says microwave available they dont have one or offer it for our room. The only pictures that are real are those of the pool. Also make sure to wipe down any table especially the center one that sits in front of the couch. I wiped it and the cloth i used turned black. "

"The hot springs, the pools, the amenities were great. I felt relaxed and happy at the end of the day. Spend the night instead to just have a day pass worth it. I only wish they have more options to eat during the stay. "

"Place and location great. Stayed for 5 nights, was informed bedroom was going to be definitely be cleaned on 3rd day, 5 days went by, but our room was never cleaned once. We even had to request for clean towels on the 3rd night. "
