"The check in staff were amazing, but when we went to the restaurant it all went down hill 100mph, the staff ignored us especially the self proclaimed sommelier, he needs a rocket, even with eye contact he completely chose to not see.....the food wasnt any better, gluggy potatoes full of cheese, dry beoff..no water as asked for when we finally were asked until we asked again later, poured our own wine, and many tables were in the same predicament.. mattress was terrible, but the toom otherwise...

"Bonjour,Nous avons passé un excellent séjour,dans un cadre exceptionnel. Dépaysement assuré par cette vaste végétation et ce lac au abord de ce petit chalet. L'ombre des grands arbres nous a permis de supporter la canicule. Nous avons pu nous rafraîchir tous les jours dans le lac et faire de nombreuses activités comme du pédalo, du canoë , randonnée, visiter des cascades à 1h de Neuvic.(à Gimel)"
