Location super Besse Les Gentianes

Immeuble correct et bien situé. Appartement correct sans être de grand standing mais bien pourvu en électroménager. Ce qui est inacceptable c'est l'état des couchages avec un matelas de 140cm avec une auréole d'urine et surtout des couettes usées jusqu'à la trame. Une totalement déchirées, les autres où on pouvait voir à travers tant elles étaient usées. Le bouquet final étant l'état du traversin jaune car couvert d'aureoles de transpiration! Bref le tout étant à déposer d'urgence en déchetterie car on ne peut pas parler de propreté mais de manque d'hygiène dans ce cas. Il y avait quand même 2 oreillers corrects!

Appartement bien placé, 2 chambres c’est appréciable et plutôt rare, très belle vue du séjour et d’une des chambres Par contre, étonnant que la propriétaire soit incapable de nous indiquer le n• exact du casier à skis! échelle du lit superposé cassée, pas de barrière de protection pour le lit du haut (avec de jeunes enfants…), on a cherché les pdts de 1ère nécessité en dehors du sel/poivre, certaines fonctions du four sont hs, cafetière à filtre qui fuit…la liste est longue, dommage car il suffirait d’un peu d’investissement pour éviter ces désagréments et commentaires négatifs

Appartement bien agencé et facile d'accès. L'annonce indique 6 couchages "bof" la banquette n'est pas adapté pour coucher 2 personnes, ou alors 2 enfants en bas âge. Mais ce n'est pas là que l'on couche habituellement les enfants. Une banquette de type BZ serait plus adapter et ne prendrait pas plus de place dans le séjour. L'appartement aurait besoin d'une légère rénovation, la propreté à notre arrivée n'était pas au top. Mais la station est très bien et à taille humaine. Avec de la neige cela aurait été très bien. mais cela est indépendant des vœux du propriétaire.
