Superb property of 250m2 fully air conditioned with 4 bedrooms completely renovated with great elegance and finesse, 1Km from Ménerbes in a quiet environment on a 5500 m2 landscaped plot with panoramic views of the Luberon, Mont Ventoux, Ménerbes and the villages surrounding.

The property is made up of several outdoor relaxation areas with a 13m x 4.5m swimming pool (salt water), a pétanque court, ping pong table, an interior courtyard with fountain, a large shaded terrace on the kitchen side, a lounge area shaded pool side, a table with stone benches and a table for dining at the back of the property under a green arbor in the middle of vineyards and olive trees.

The villa is made up of 4 bedrooms with their own bathroom or water equipped with bedding and amenities of a standard of 5-star hotels.
A large kitchen with central island, bar and table for breakfast with its own terrace and its gas barbecue is connected to the dining room and the living room equipped with fireplace, table football, LED TV 65k 4k with "surround" system , large dining table and guest toilet.

A gym is also available, as well as an indoor and outdoor multi-room audio system and a utility room with fridge and professional ice maker.

All rooms are equipped with smart LED TV, air conditioning, toiletries, private toilet, wash basins, heated towel rail, hairdryer.
The linen is provided: beds - pool towels - shower towel - bathrobes.
2 bedrooms are equipped with 180x200 beds and 2 bedrooms can be configured as 180x200 beds or 2 90x200 beds. One bedroom has a bathroom with bathtub and 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom with Italian shower.

Immaculate villa perfectly situated

Couldn't have been happier with our time at Fabrice's villa. We were three adults and two toddlers and stayed for two weeks in the Spring. Every detail is thought of and the villa is newly renovated. Luccas, the house manager is amazing and immediately handled anything that came up during our stay and any questions we had. We had a chef, David, cook one night and it was one of the best meals of the trip. Ménerbes is an idyllic hilltop village and close to tons of day trips. Book this villa!
