"Diamond was warm and friendly but I did not feel that from other staff at the check- in desk. The lobby is very small and restricting. We did have a young man on your staff that helped us find Beale St. and a restaurant. Very polite and reassuring."

"I loved the pool and the staff was lovely. I do think the grounds need bit of TLC and outdoor furniture some could do with been updated . The entrainment could do with little improvement too.
