Cozy, stylish guesthouse is in the heart of Midtown Memphis—located in the historic Vollintine Evergreen neighborhood and just walking distance from Crosstown Concourse, Rhodes College, Overton Park, and The Memphis Zoo.
This thoughtfully designed space comfortably sleeps 4 and features two inviting bedrooms, multiple living spaces, a fully stocked kitchen, workspace, and all the essentials for a relaxing stay.
Perfectly located—just minutes to the medical district, airport, and downtown.
The main living area includes a large sectional, leather chair, fireplace, TV, and cozy touches throughout. A second sitting area opens into the kitchen, creating an easy, connected layout with plenty of room to unwind.
The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, dishes, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and a Keurig coffee setup with complimentary K-cups.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed with plush bedding, large TV, and dedicated workspace. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, TV, and reading chair. Both bedrooms include spacious walk-in closets with room for a pack & play.

Guests also have access to a full-size washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, and bathroom essentials including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hairdryer.
Guests will have private access to the entire guesthouse during their stay, including both bedrooms, living spaces, kitchen, laundry area, and bathrooms.

***This is a peaceful guest house located on our residential property, so it’s best suited for quiet stays rather than social gatherings. We kindly ask guests to be respectful of our neighbors by being mindful of noise as well as staying off their property.
