The comforter and sheets had big blood stains on them. I even took pictures and showed the desk clerk and they showed no concern. I attempted to make contact with the manager and left several messages but no one has called me back. When blood is discovered on sheets, you're supposed to discard them.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I repeat, DO NOT STAY HERE!!! My car was broken into right in front of the entrance of the hotel. A black woman with a red wig was on for the overnight shift. My vehicle was literally in plain view of the front check in desk yet no one seen or heard anything. I stayed here on a Friday night into Saturday morning and was suppose to stay until Sunday. . Better believe I would never come back!! I came out to see that someone had shattered my sunroof, rummaged through my car and dismantled my alarm trying to take it. Staff didn’t call any managers when asked and did not accommodate me. Instead when leaving the black bald head man with glasses on the day shift m wanted to give me a lecture about my service dog after deciding to check out. I called the cops, filed a report and the cop asked for video footage from the hotel but of course they didn’t have any! Don’t stay here!!!

Property was very clean and serviceable. Staff was extremely polite. Unfortunately, we were placed in a room adjacent to the interstate. The noise was virtually intolerable while trying to sleep at night

Enjoyable Hotel
Service would also have gotten 5 stars except for breakfast on the second morning. The first was great with lady who kept trays filled with warm and cold foods. The second had a lady on shift who was more interested in her phone and sitting on her duff than keeping up with kitchen duties. However, I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Memphis area.

We were there for one night. Our room had no tv service and the shower did not drain well enough to prevent the water from creeping onto the floor. When sharing this with the front desk, we got a response that no one was available to take care of either issue. Will stay somewhere else next time I am in the Memphis area.

Everything is good, except that our room is close to the interstate, so it is kind noisy. We stayed there only for one night, it is close to the airport. We didn't try the breakfast, because our flight was early in the morning.

The description of the hotel said it is pet friendly. It is not pet friendly. At no time in the reservation process was it disclosed that the hotel charges a $100 pet fee. If I had known about the fee I would have booked elsewhere. At check-in the clerk did not tell me about the fee until I had completed the check-in process. Not happy at all !!!

We booked a 2 Queen size suite with the pull out sofa and when we got there they gave us a kind size bed for me my husband and our three kids. They was dirty qtips on the dlooe and the draws were dirty.

The check in was great. But they didn’t have any carts so we could bring our luggage to the room. The young lady at the front went as far to walk the floors to look for one. We believe other guest stored them in their room overnight. Did not enjoy the breakfast the next morning. Biscuits were cold and a bowl of oranges were but out and a few of them had mold on them. The employees who set up the breakfast needs to pay more attention to the fruits before servring them to guest.
