Excellent location to a variety of tourist attractions that are within walking distance. Everything you would need is within walking area of The Cottage. Knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating hosts. Would stay here again if we ever make it back to Memphis. We only wished we could have stayed longer because we enjoyed it so much there.

Great Place, Great Location

My husband and I were staying in Memphis for a concert and this place was perfect. Great size for two and located within walking distance of downtown and Beale St. The host was very kind and everything we needed was provided. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Perfect location

Literally steps from the Civil Rights Museum, in the wonderful South Main Arts District, and walking distance to Beale Street. The cottage was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The hosts were accommodating and friendly.

Quiet Place Super location

We have booked the Cottage for several years for the St. Jude's race weekend. It is an easy 10 minute walk to downtown events spaces and restaurants.

Wow, just wow!This was the perfect rental and perfect location for our Memphis stay to start our Tennessee vacation. There are just so many superlatives... location, thoughtfulness for what the renters might need, coziness, suggestions for the local market a block away, and the bed was super comfortable! Rhonda has created the perfect spot so very close to downtown Memphis, but just far enough away from Beale street that you're in your own oasis. The National Civil Rights museum was across the street, as was Central BBQ ((fabulous ribs), and Bar Hustle was a block away for great drinks and happy hour prices! It was simply the perfect VRBO getaway. Thanks again Rhonda!

Our time in Memphis was amazing and the space was clean and nice. Rhonda was a wonderful host and available for questions and recommendations to restaurants nearby. The location was perfect, short walk to Beale Street for the best BBQ ribs and fun little bars right the corner.

Extremely nice

A family friend & I stayed at this cottage and found it extremely clean and comfortable. Rhonda is the host and she is very friendly and accommodating. The cottage is located just about 5 blocks from Beale street. Our stay here was fabulous.

What a great spot!!

This apartment had everything we could need. Walking distance to everywhere, including a very nice grocery store. Rhonda was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We made the most of our time in Memphis despite sharing it with Tropical Cyclone Francine. Hoping to return here some day!
