Will's house was terrific and exactly as advertised. It's
located at the end of a cul-de-sac, so only has neighbors on one side (and they're very nice, based on quick hellos when encountering the when coming and going.) Everything was immaculately clean. It can be hot and humid in the summer in that part of the world and the central HVAC system, which seemed new or at least recent, was very responsive with powerful airflow. There's a lovely backyard which overlooks the well-maintained and manicured cemetery that the cul de sac dead-ends at. Other guests mentioned the cemetery. To me it was just nicely-managed open space. There's a single-car garage available for use, which a lot of VRBOs don't offer, and so is a bonus. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable--can't speak to the other beds. Comfortable living room. Communications with Will were professional and timely. Industry best-practice observed in assigning access code. Just great all around!
All was mostly good
House did have a strange almost smoky smell when we arrived but for the most part everything was fine
Location was good for where we had to travel to
Back yard was in need of some care
The house was just like the pictures. Very cute and cozy. Close to everything we needed to get to. Walmart, outlets, food places etc. Beale Street was less than 20 minutes away. Also the neighborhood is quiet and neighbors were friendly when we saw them. Only hiccup we experienced was it was very warm upstairs
We stay in a lot of rentals and this one was very impressive. Very clean and very well stocked with many unexpected amenities. The property manager was so great to work with. Communication was on point and special requests were no problem. Also left a item there and the manager went out of his way to mail the item back. We couldn't ask for any better service and you just don't see that anymore these days. Very happy with our stay, no complaints what so ever, and highly recommend this property.

Property overall was great. Comfortable beds, peaceful setting. It is next door to a cemetery BUT it wasnt creepy. Roku on evry tv in the rooms, plenty of towels extra amenities provided. Was able to wash clothes before heading back home. Easy access to property. The neighbors were polite. Close to everything you might possibly want to get to, Walmart, food, coffee runs. Took about 20 mins to get to Beale street. The property was everything we needed for our weekend trip.
The property was clean, and newly updated. Three bedrooms and two full baths. Master bedroom/bath is on the main floor and the other two bedrooms are upstairs. We (three moms, three 17yo daughters) were in town for a gymnastics competition. The property was close to everything in South Haven, 10 minutes to Memphis Airport, and probably 20-ish minutes to downtown Memphis. There was plenty of hot water for all the showers. It would have been nice if there were mirrors in all the bedrooms to ease the bathroom sharing a bit. It was a chilly weekend when were were visiting, so we were running the furnace - the upstairs was easily 10-15 degrees warmer than the main floor. One of the vents in one of the upstairs rooms was stuck so that we couldn't close it off. We just cracked our windows a bit. (No screens, so if it was "buggy" season, then that wouldn't have been an option. Wifi worked, kitchen was stocked (no toaster, however), plenty of places to sit/eat. Cute little house. We'd stay again.
