- 120 year old renovated classic Midtown home
- 8 minutes to downtown, 15 minutes to Graceland, and a mile to Rhodes College and Christian Brothers University
- Charming back patio with BBQ Grill

The Space:
Boasting classic Midtown Memphis design and decor, this comfy and quaint bungalow is perfect for a short or long term stay. A fully equipped kitchen features a beautiful bay window over the sink bringing in amazing natural light. The master bedroom has a king bed and a newly renovated ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two comfortable full beds, making this bungalow perfect for small families.

Guest Access:
Whole house is yours. You will get an access code the day of your reservation.

The Neighborhood:
Located just blocks from one of the real centers of the city known as Crosstown Concourse. "Crosstown" has become a hub for much of Memphis in the last few years.

We are just steps from the Vollintine-Evergreen Greenline.
Beneath a canopy of trees, the V&E Greenline runs nearly two miles through the Vollintine-Evergreen historic neighborhood. It’s a slice of nature in the middle of a historic urban area.
The district is part of the greater Midtown area, which is a collection of historic districts at the heart and soul of Memphis.

Getting Around:
Unless walking in the neighborhood, then driving and Uber/Lyft are the only option. Public bus system is very poor.

Other Things to Note:
Also, Fedex is headquartered just 5 miles down the road and planes can be heard going over head every few minutes at specific 20-30 minute periods at specific times during the day or night. It is common almost anywhere in Memphis to hear and see the parade of planes coming through. It is all part of Memphis' sounds and charm.
