Our room had a broken cracked sink and found dog hair and food on the desk and chair. This was about the only thing really stood out to me when we arrived.

Super clean facilities and very friendly staff. Mostly chain restaurants around the area, but very walkable and convenient. Much needed change from noisy Memphis and downtown parking nightmare at downtown hotel. We had a large room with an extra sitting room, perfect for our teen. Literally my only complaint is that ice is only on two floors of the six story hotel. Great stay!

Rooms were very spacious which we weren't expecting. Bathroom was laid out well so that all 5 of us could get ready without COMPLETELY being in each other's ways. The room was very clean, but our sectional was really stained and needed a deep clean. Breakfast had a decent selection, but the staff shut stuff down at exactly closing time. They weren't rude about it, but it was clear we needed to be done. 😉

The outside looks a bit outdated and it's surrounded by an abandoned building that initially doesn't give off a good first impression. However, the inside of the hotel is modern and the room was very clean. I usually have allergies in hotels but not in this one. The front desk was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was good too. Close to the highway and restaurants are close by.
