We found dirty women’s underwear in the closet in our room. Told the front desk and they didn’t even have housekeeping get it, they just left it in there. Also you can berly hear the tv bc you can only turn it up so loud.

Property was clean was renovated the tub had big gauges in looked Ike someone dropped a hammer in it. small inside pool. breakfast was ok no waffles.... aww. The muffins were great Busy area shopping and restaurants. Our window was the view of Lowes. Thanks, We would stay again.

Very beautiful place to stay that is close to everything and friendly staff. The only thing that I did not like was the fact that I could hear my neighbors conversations when they were talking loud.

Absolutely loved the lady at the front desk. I did not catch her name. But she was super nice and helpful. I arrived on Monday evening at 7. The hotel was fantastic and the bed was amazing. Best sleep I have gotten in awhile.

I reserved a king suite three weeks in advance but when I arrived I was told they only had a queen double available. The desk staff said the only thing he could offer was to cancel my reservation. Also the ‘suites’ are not really suites at all. There is a sofa and table but no separate living/sleeping area. Breakfast was limited.

We were given a room that had a broken entry door. The door would not lock. The hotel would not refund us our money. All they did was give us a different room that was smaller than we ordered. People ended up sleeping on the floor due to lack of space. They also did not have rollaway beds. Tv didn't work either.

Simply PUT! This place is fantastic! I’m Very PICKY! First the staff!!! Extremely friendly people all of them! The rooms were fantastic! They accommodated my request to be near the indoor pool and on the ground level. Had my grandkids for the weekends and took advantage of the indoor heated pool! The BUFFET BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING! I’m super surprised at how good all the food was as again I’m very picky! Lots to choose from and it’s all very good especially the sausage gravy and biscuits! I will absolutely be back to have another weekend of fun with my grands! Perfect spot
