Owner was very responsive and eager to accommodate any request we had.
Place is on a quiet, clean and nice street.
It has everything you might need for your stay.
We love the coffee stand, it had anything you'd need to start your day off with a delicious cup of Joe.
It was very hot during our stay so we were happy to have good working air conditioning throughout the house.
We were visiting Graceland and this place is 15 minutes away from there. It's also less than 15 minutes to Beale street.
Great location but the property needs a little tlc
The good: The location is walkable to parks, shops and restaurants. It’s quiet and nice. The landlord was quick to respond when there wasn’t a key to the back door upon our arrival. The bad: It shares a fenced in backyard with another property which is odd. The backyard had trash laying around and trash along the front yard. The inside wasn’t the cleanest. With a little extra work and cleaning, this place would be fantastic.
Not an historic revival, but should be a tear down. No fan in the bathroom, ice maker did not work, side walk crumbling under our feet. Window air units, paint splatters on floors, only two full size towels. Texted property mgr. And got no reply. Would NOT recommend this to anyone!
It was really cold so the drafty doors were extra apparent. And while I suppose it's not explicitly stated that guests have access to the backyard (they don't), I did expect it, and it was in fact a deciding factor against a hotel. Walls are pretty thin as well (it's a duplex, another thing not made entirely clear) Other than that, great location, fair enough price. I despise any checkout tasks, but I suppose it's par for the course and these were basic and not crazy.
Was a cute property. Not kept inside or out. Had to clean bathroom, kitchen very dirty night stands had cup rings and yuk on them.. Frig made loud noice. Looks cute in pics. Broken window's. Dangerous walk areas front and back of house. Used window heater afraid of old furnaces. Front roo. Furnace did not even work. Froze to death. Breaker kept popping if used hair dryer and window heater/ac unit. Have pics of all
