"Hotel was located less than 5 minutes from the orange subway line and 2 stops from Odori. Family Mart and 24 hour supermarket all within walking distance. Amazing rooms albeit a little small (usual for Sapporo). Walls are a little thin so bring eyeplugs!"

When google map this place, it only shows the 24 Hr luandry mat and a convience store; to get to the apartment there is a small alley to get to the back. "It was the perfect find for a late night arrival in Hokkaido. Also appreciated the tip from the venue on the convenience of the express bus. We were a little uneasy with the instructions and whether we could actually access the room, but ultimately everything worked as intended. It’s quite narrow but perfect for 2 people. Lots of conbini and food options nearby, including a fantastic ramen shop an 8 minute walk away (open until 2am), where we had one of our favorite meals on the trip."
