"I checked out of this hotel Sunday April 12th and realized I had left a bag full of my everyday necessities and jewelry. I contacted the hotel, which told me they had my bag and would be reaching out to get my shipping information to send it out. It is now Friday and I have not received a call. I have called every single day and I am met with some sort of excuse as to why I cannot be helped. It has been extremely frustrating that I have not been helped with this situation. As for the hotel is old but maintained. The beds were comfortable but the room had an old, outdated feel. "

"I booked the location with 7 people and only had 5 towels in the house, glasses were dirty in the cabinets, hair in the shower - alerted host and was told they would get more towels - didn’t show in 24 hours so purchased my own towels. No hand towels or paper towels in kitchen. Very poor experience - house needs some maintenence as light bulbs were burned out - kitchen floor is coming apart, entry walkway is extremely unlevel concrete which is a huge fall risk!!! "
