"Very very disappointed. I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past couple years with no issues. This time not so well. We found bed bugs crawling. I immediately took pics and went down to the front desk showed him even brought him a dead bed bugs we killed. He insisted they dont have them and had a sheet to verify they just sprayed for them. He then continued to tell us we must have brought them or our dog had them. What dog??? We had no dog in the hotel.. and you just showed us a sheet and told us about how you sprayed today for them so that tells me there was a problem. The guy kept wanting to put us in a new room. Nop no way we left. I was refused to get my money back when I asked."

"I reserved a King Size room and it had not been cleaned! So, I was placed with 2 FULL size beds. The room smelled musty and dirty. There was a dirty washcloth on the shower railing. When I informed the manager of the smell, he proceeded to spray room freshener everywhere. It was so thick. I could taste it! It was gross. I tried airing out the room turning on the air conditioning and opening the window, but it didn’t seem to help. Air conditioning smelled funny. I checked the filters and they were both filthy so I washed them off. The smell started to get a little better, but I could still taste the room freshener, after a couple hours being there I had to leave. I went and spent the night at my sister‘s house. Very disappointed."

"This house was very clean and so nicely updated. The kitchen seemed well-stocked. (We didn’t cook.) We used the toaster and the coffee maker. We ate at the local bars, shopped at local stores. The host was available if we had needed anything. They seem very nice. It was a great home away from home!"

"The house was fine. It worked for our family. The big garage was great! Only complaint was there were a lot of dead flies and asian lady beetles in the bedrooms and closets. The rooms also needed dusted. "

"The 1st room I was in had no cold water only scalding hot water, the TV wouldn't connect with the internet, and the bed felt like I was sleeping on the floor. The next day I was moved to a room with both hot and cold water in the sink of the bathroom, but NO water in the shower and again the bed was awful. This time I could feel every spring in the mattress it was so old. Both rooms were run down and falling apart. I had to buy an air mattress to sleep on and take showers at my sons house. VERY disappointed!!"
