"Excellentttt customer service; the only bad experience, is that the room does not have air conditioner; we had to open the windows at night, and the environment outside the property was noisy, due to the train, etc."
"The breakfast was excellent. They told us about a fiesta in Mungia that we were able to attend. We needed to drive to dinner but both recommended restaurants were very good and only a short drive. "
"Die Mitarbeiter sind hier über die App gut erreichbar, wenn es Probleme gibt. Bei Check-in für zwei Zimmer muss man darauf achten, dass man beide separat eincheckt. Die Rezeption ist nur für wenige Stunden besetzt. Ich fand die Zimmer relativ hellhörig, aber die Unterkunft ist sehr gut erreichbar und sauber. Das Café gleich nebenan ist definitiv empfehlenswert!"
