"The place was clean and the directions for check in easy. April was very responsive with our questions. The one important issue was that there was no smoke alarm in the bedroom and the one outside the bedroom had been removed. That is a big safety issue considering there was only one way out (stairwell) and no fire escape from the 4th story we were on."
