- Penthouse newly built, elegant modern seafront 2 bedroom apartment on 4th floor with outstanding sea views of Mellieha Bay just 50 metres from the sea. The apartment has lots of natural light and is fully air conditioned.
Property is served with lift. Close to restaurants & bus stop.Mellieha city centre is approx 5 mins drive or 15/20 mins walk.
A bus stop is just opposite the road which can take you to the city centre of Mellieha within minutes.
Parking is not a problem for 9 months of the year although the peak 3 months of July,August & September might require more time & park in a nearby street since Mellieha Bay is full of tourist & locals.
