  • Set on elevated grounds Margherita Villa enjoy superb panoramic views of Mellieha Bay and Santa Maria Estate valley. The property comprises of 3 spacious and recently decorated villa apartments, which share a good size swimming pool complimented with sun deck area together with umbrellas and sun loungers and a delightful BBQ area where shower and toilet facilities are available.
    The villa is equipped with free wifi, a communal washing machine, safety deposit boxes in all the 3 units, cable tv`s and fully airconditioned for total comfort.This facility is optional and is pay as you use by a pay per use meter operated with 1 or 2 euro coins.
    Set on 2 floors, the groundfloor unit with 2 bedrooms is close by the pool and on the first floor one finds the 2 units with 3 bedrooms each that share a delightful covered large and spacious terrace.These 2 units also interconnect and thus one can enjoy the comfort of having one large space.
    Private parking for 3 cars is also available on the villa driveway and is free of charge.
