"Wir haben hier eine wunderschöne Woche verbracht. Das Haus ist liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet, mit schönem Außenbereich und kleinem Pool. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Die Strände in der Nähe sind wirklich schön und auch für Kinder geeignet. Für Strandbesuche und alle Besorgungen ist allerdings ein Auto nötig. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Bruno war ein sehr angenehmer und hilfreicher Gastgeber!"

"We really enjoyed our stay in the villa. Everything was provided as stated and it was comfortable and very clean. The area is very quiet, there is a small local shop that provides essentials and there are lots of local walks full of wildlife if you don't want to drive. It is a short drive from two towns where there are shops and restaurants and close to plenty of beautiful coastal areas to explore. "

"Horrible communication, Hard to find check in location. even harder to find apartment. Dirty apartment in with lack of upkeeping with leaky shower that got all the floor wet. it seems that it has been happening for a while because all the wood surrounding the bathroom door is all swollen. the bathroom door cannot be closed. the toilet spills water everywhere when flushed, the spare bed is super noisy. What a terrible experience."

"We only used this hotel to stay overnight while traveling from The Algarve to Lisbon. But it was more than adequate for that. The rooms were a little dated but very clean and well maintained. The building is located within easy walking distance of the town, restaurants, and the beach. Porto Covo is a nice small town, and parking was easy. "Nice quiet stay away from the hustle of downtown Comporta (~12 min drive). I enjoyed walking to nearby local coffee shop for my espresso and the Leonardo supermarket for some daily supplies. I’m a little on the taller side; so, had to watch my head when walking through the doors (not an issue if one is under 5’10”). Otherwise, having a/c here is a big plus and necessary given the strong summer alentejo sun."

Very very overlooked and close to neighbours with barking dogs and Crowing early morning Cockerel!!!. Had NO contact with owner apart from 1 Phone call never saw the man . "We had a really wonderful stay. The house and outdoor areas are fantastic. Carla was very responsive to questions. The beach at Carvalhal is a short walk away and is absolutely gorgeous. It's perfect for kids at low tide and ideal for beginner surfers. We are definitely going to return in the near future."

"The staff was very nice, the breakfast is very varied and well served, the rooms are clean and the pool is great. The downside is maintenance. The room we were in had 2 TVs one worked fine the other said “weak signal” not a single channel. Above said TV there was a lamp that, die to some missing screws, was leaning agaist the TV set. Outside, in the playground for the mids, they have a slide, which is great, but the base for sitting was broken on the ground next to it.. with the proper care it can be great, as is, it’s good."
