Nice service and breakfast

Nice service, lovely breakfast/dinner. Rooms were a little tired and they had a damp problem in the hallways so unfortunately it was quite an unpleasant mold scent when moving around the hotel.

Really beautiful hotel, very relaxing. The small "contemplation" pools were perfect. Same for the breakfast. There were a lot of children which could be a bit overwhelming, but the "adults only" pools were a good way around it.

Such a gem! We stayed here for one night, however immediately upon arrival, we were already plotting on ways we could stay longer. The atmosphere was calm, which was much needed after a busier time spent in Lisbon and Lagos. The staff was exceptional, and the food, on site, was delicious. The grounds were trendy and inviting. I highly recommend booking!

Unclean, poor service

Poor service. After checking, I let the front desk know that the in room safe was not functioning, I received a shoulder shrug as a response. Later I stopped by the reception to show photos of the mold present in the bathroom, they did nothing about it. The next day at 4:00 pm, I advised that my room had not been made up or cleaned, they advised Housekeeping, but they never came.

Ottimo Hotel, attenzione al dettaglio maniacale e tante belle sorprese (es. bottiglie acqua al check out, borsa per la piscina in camera) in particolare però da sottolineare l’attenzione per i bambini. Mio figlio ha avuto accappatoio per bambini, dudu, colori e una sala giochi attrezzata.

Foi uma estadia maravilhosa. Um dos melhores pequenos-almoços que comi em hotel. Pessoal extremamente atencioso. Piscina agradável com água levemente salgada. O único senão foi a dimensão do quarto duplo superior: para 3 pessoas fica pequeno. Fica-nos a vontade de voltar... e aceitam cães: para a próxima trazemos o nosso!

Surfait

Peu d hotels dans la région, la ville est sympathique, avec un offre limitée en restaurant sympa. Le cadre de l hotel et la décoration sont moderne et sympathique, mais cela reste surfait. Les prix pratiqués au restaurant et le prix de la chambre sont pas en adéquation avec la réalité, juste rare et pour une clientèle internationale, mais ce n est pas a la hauteur de ce qui est attendu. A eviter si vous pouvez. Nous ne reviendrons certainement pas.
