Great time at Wyndel Apartment Southbank views
The apartment was across the road from the Crown Casino, so close to city and free tram travel. View was amazing, apartment was well stock with what you need. When we couldn't find a hair dryer one was delivered to our door. Parking was great as well. Very comfortable apartment. The Crown food court was great for quick meals and the restaurants were also good.

The apartment is an awesome location given the price. Just 5 minutes walk from the Exhibition Centre and Crown Casino, 10 minutes to South Melbourne, and 15 minutes to Southern Cross or Flinders Street stations. And with trams running nearby. The apartment itself is well appointed and very comfortable. Little sound can be heard from inside and there is a good sized balcony if the weather is nice. The kitchen has everything you need to make your own meals with IGA and Woolworths supermarkets within 10 minutes walk.

Well located spacious clean apartment in secure block. Within easy walking distance of tram stop, southbank bars & restaurants etc... Small convenience store just round corner and large supermarkets 10mins walk away. Perfect apartment in ideal location.

Gorgeous view, beautiful flat, great location. However, the double bed was very small and hard. We had back pain every morning sleeping on that mattress. very uncomfortable. Also, despite very clear communication of our arrival time at 2pm, we had to wait over 30 mins just to be able to check in. very annoying after a flight. yet, check out time HAD TO BE BY 10AM exactly. a bit rude and unfair in our opinion.

We had a great stay at this property. The apartment was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made a big difference to us. It was in a very central location, and it was easy to grab a tram wherever we needed to go. We’ll be back!

1 bedroom apartment, convenient stay, check in has to be arranged as there is no reception. Bathroom is very small , great big balcony, good and clean fit out otherwise.

Close to convention centre.
Great amenities and close to Convention Centre, Casino and supermarkets. Beautiful view from lounge and balcony. Self contained kitchen was well equipped with a full size fridge and a dishwasher. Washing machine and dryer were a bonus. Only thing I would change was that I would put a recycle bin in the apartment as when I went to empty the garbage into the garbage shute there was a recycle bin there and you were requested not to put recycle objects down the shute so I had to sort my garbage from the bag and place in appropriate receptacles. Only a minor detail and was great accommodation.

Excellent views and great location.
Have visited Melbourne on many occasions and must say that this is the best accommodation that I have stayed at. Will definitely stay again and have already recommended to family and friends. The kids also loved the apartment especially the views at night.

One of the best ystay ou can find In Melbourne.
Friendly staff and she took time to explained to us on all the Ws (where; when and whats) to make sure you have enjoyable stays. South Melbourne Market is just a short 5 minutes walks and trams to St Kilda and City is near to your door step. The apartments is considerable new and the rooms are clean and quite. Kitchen is fully equipped All entries points are secured by digital key access and a security guard is availabled during day time. Overall a very good experience, highly recommended!!

Basic apartment close to CBD
This is a basic apartment but with modern furniture and ideal for those wanting to stay in CBD. Short walk to trams, riverbank cafes etc. Street can be a bit noisy, but probably due to all the nearby construction sites.

I had an Extremely friendly and well organised welcome when I arrived. The apartment is beautifully decorated & had more than what I needed for a work conference at the Melbourne Convention Centre. Great venue if you need to go there every day! A stroll from the local grocers market as well so it was perfect to extend an extra Day & explore the area.

We had a great time, only issues were someone parked in our parking spot (no reserved signs in the spots) also we found the check out process wasn't ideal as when moving car outside of building you may struggle to get a parking space.

This hotel is very cheap considering the high quality. To save on costs, there are no full-time staff or catering. I arrived on Sunday afternoon, and was immediately met by the agent, who was very helpful in explaining all the facilities.

The two bedroom apartment has everything you need for a short stay or a longer break. Walking distance to the South Melbourne Market, Southbank, and the Southern Cross Station. Two tram lines close by.

Checking in was easy. Chris was very nice to explain to us where all the attractions are in melbourne city. Location is just outside the free tram area so was very convenient. Parking is easy. Apartment is neat and nice but do note that only the living room has aircon and the bedroom facing west sun can get quite warm during early evening during summer.

Amazingly relaxing views. Had a 2 room apartment and only improvement would be an air-con that reached the bedroom as the room was quite warm . Otherwise an excellent central apartment.

Convenient and modern apartment with great views.
Our stay was most enjoyable. Property Service marked down because you basically rent the apartment for a week and the block is used by many other owners, but this was NOT an issue for us. Just don't expect a property with a front desk. Marked down the area because you have to walk 10 minutes to anywhere of interest, e.g. supermarket, restaurant or bars. It is however very convenient for access to the tram system and as a base for day trips around the central area of Melbourne or getting to St. Kilda.

Our stay here was lovely. The room was nice and clean and had everthing we needed to thoroughly enjoy our stay in Melbourne. The apartment is in a fantastic location - the city was only about a 5-10 minute walk away and tram stops were plentiful and close.
