Best Holiday Stayz
Good value, It offered us everything we wanted. Silvana is a super host, very responsive and generous with complimentary treats (Tim Tam, coffee, tea and hot chocolate). Family friendly accommodation, clean, spacious, comfortable bedrooms and lots of games and sport equipments. Close to everything; shops, beach and attractions.

Gorgeous home away from home.
Self check in was easy, the host was lovely and explained everything. The house was beautifully set up and the host even had the house warmed up for us including the electric blanlets on the beds for arrival. That was a lovely touch. The house Includes everything you could ask for and more and the location is just minutes from everything. I'd love to stay again and I would highly recommend.

The property was as listed and every possible thing you would want is at hand.
Loved this property, so thoughtful and complete, everything you need is there for a family holiday + we were delighted to share the Easter Lindt chocolates. Easily accommodated 6 adults and 2 children with lots of bathrooms and toilets. Amazing 🙏

Great host, felt like home
We came down for a family wedding, This host was absolutely wonderful, had ample supply of everything, was clean and inviting and had a nice welcome box of chocolates and fresh coffee pods to welcome our stay. Felt just like home, couldn’t have asked for a better stay. My adult kids were even happy and that’s extremely difficult to achieve. We were extremely pleased with this stay and would highly recommend to my family and friends. Thankyou for a wonderful stay !!

Lovely!
Spotless. All cooling needs mets for a summer heatwave. More than enough kitchen equipment and utensils. Great outdoor area. Table tennis, pool table and board games kept the kids busy having fun. Plenty of space for 8 people to relax and enjoy. Close enough to walk to the beach and shops (about 10 minutes walk).

Great owner and experience!
Stayed for 5 nights with some friends and Silvana was incredibly accommodating of us. The house was pristine with a lovely modern interior and everything we could ever need to have a pleasant stay. We especially enjoyed the two pool tables set up in the garage. I highly recommend this holiday house for families or a group of friends and you can except great communication with Silvana who provides an amazing experience and truely values you.

Incredible host and amazing property!
We had a wonderful stay and absolutely loved the house! The host was incredible in her communication, care and attention to every little detail. Every question was answered with care, detail and speed. When the TV reception faltered during our stay, the repairman was there shortly after our email. We have been renting holiday houses for over 15 years, and we know how rare it is to find a property where every room and detail feels like it has been put together with your comfort in mind. Everywhere we looked, there were so many little extras designed to enhance our experience. Our host was definitely the best we have ever rented from. We would highly recommend this wonderful property!

Fantastic
We had a great time at Sylvia's place. There was everything you could think of provided and a fun games room with a pool table and table tennis table which was used every night!. The house was comfy, spacious and very clean. Would stay there again as the location was excellent too!

Great family holiday location
The house was very well presented and there was a range of goodies in the welcome pack that was provided. There was a great play area for the kids in the garage with a lot of toys and games. There was easy internal access from the house to the garage.l

Great place to stay
We stayed for a family wedding. Our dogs were made most welcome. The yard is very safe. It was a good location, plenty of teas and coffee provided. Good heating and cooling, TV. Only concern is the stairs could potentially be slippery for someone young or elderly.

Incredible home and wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home, which featured comfy beds, a fully stocked kitchen, a gorgeous backyard, a fun game room and a terrific host who was immediately responsive and always helpful --and was kind enough to mail us an important item we left behind. The neighborhood is also safe and walkable to a number of stores, including a super market. There are also nearby trails to walk. We loved our stay, and our group included a 3-year-old, two people in their 40s and a 75-year-old. Everyone had a great time.

5 Star Host and Beautiful Home
Huge thank you to Silvana for looking after as during our friend's weekend away. The house is perfect and was very spacious for 6 Adults with plenty of space in the kitchen, dining area, living room & outdoor. The house is fully stocked with a great option items like tea/coffee/milk in the kitchen and face wipes/tissues in bathroom and rooms. Lots of extra care has been taken to make sure our stay was comfortable, The beds were comfy, and we felt warm during the cold nights. We enjoyed our time in your beautiful home and can't wait to come back.

Our trip to Rosebud was very good,weather not so good but we didn’t really mind as this house was excellent, had everything we needed and more. Very relaxing in a warm and beautiful house. Our fur pets had a great time,would like to stay again at some stage.

A nice property to relax for a few days
The property is well organised and can cater for up to 8 people. It is very clean and well equipped. It's a convenience location to reach almost all the attractions at Mornington Peninsula. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this time, and will keep an eye on this property when we visit Mornington Peninsula next time.

Great house with top notch facilities
This house is great for groups of friends. 4 good sized bedrooms, a large and fully appointed kitchen and a great pool table in the garage. We had a great time and it's super close to the beach and supermarkets/mall. Would definitely recommend.

Home away from home with young kids
A relaxing home away from home for us in the winter. Silv (host) maintains a high standard of thoughtful hospitality--everything worked, well-made beds, crisp linen, fresh towels, complimentary tea/coffee/biscuits, large clean kitchen. Compared to other holiday accommodations who ask you to bring this/that, or not deliver on their listings, we didn't have to worry about any of that. Found it a rough walk to beach without much of a footpath, but otherwise great value and comfort for family holiday memories with many shops and amenities nearby.

Our Host Silvana was very prompt with her reply & Our Request was dealt with very respectfully. The House had lovely Soft Furnishings Also the Kitchen was equipped with everything you needed. Booked this gorgeous home for a mum's weekend away and it was absolutely perfect. Silvana was a pleasure to deal with, the property was clean and gorgeous with 4 bedrooms, lots of living spaces a great kitchen and lovely outdoor area. So many little details added to our stay - cookies and coffee pods left for us, TV/music on when we arrived . . . .Would be giving it 6 stars if we could!

A great house in a great location.
This house could not have been more perfect for our stay. We had 8 extended family members from kids aged 12 up to adults who stayed for 4 nights. The games room and covered bbq area were equal hits & both got really well used by everyone. The house has absolutely everything you could need - probably the most well equipped holiday house we've ever stayed at! There's nothing the kitchen doesn't have, the games room has heaps of space to spread out & have fun, and all the thoughtful extra touches were really appreciated. The beds were super comfortable and, coupled with the block-out blinds, made for great sleeps every night. The layout & interior design touches throughout the house made our stay feel luxurious. The location is easy walking distance to the beach, shops, mini golf/ten pin bowling but far enough away to feel peaceful. It helped that we were really lucky with the weather! We'd absolutely book this place again & look forward to staying next time.

A perfect getaway in Rosebud!
The Avenues in Rosebud was a beautiful place to stay. The heating was on when we arrived, along with some lovely music playing in the background. The house was very clean, with all the mod cons required to make our stay extra special. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there, and Silvana's communication was excellent, so thank you Silvana! :)

What a wonderful Easter stay with the family. The property was as advertised and in a fantastic location. The house was presented nicely and the bed in the master was beautiful! I can’t comment on the other rooms but all our family were happy. All four bedrooms were all very tastefully decorated and the kitchen was very well equipped. The play room was perfect on the wet days and we loved playing table tennis while the children had room to play indoors. The back yard had a large undercover area which was perfect. Silvana was great to deal with and very accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay here and absolutely loved this home. The home has everything you need. The kitchen has many different condiments, different types of tea and coffee available. The bathrooms had all the essentials. It has shampoo, conditioner and body wash, beach towels supplies, cotton buds, eye make remover pads and hand cream! All those little extras you wish every place supplied. We all loved those little touches around the home with the decor. You can tell the owner has put a lot of time and effort into this much loved holiday home. Thank you Silvana for having us, will be back again soon!

Beautiful home close to everything
We were so impressed with the whole house and you are made to feel that this is a *home*, Silvana the wonderful host has thought of everything here. There is ample towels and tea towels, bed linen is beautiful and clean, there is body wash and shampoo, there's olive oil and seasonings in the pantry, ice in the freezer... everything. Our three girls loved our trip as much as we did and we hope to return again soon.

We booked the house to attend our granddaughter wedding on the Peninsular . The house is in a good location,has everything guests could need (coffee, tea etc) and the house layout is great. We and our dogs had a great stay.Happy to recommend to anyone

The house was as described on the website. It was clean and had everything we needed. The location was close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Beds were so comfortable , and the games and table pool were very well used due to the horrible weather we had.
