We all loved the house it was great for adults and children and would book again
The place was fantastic ( only problem was I tlthe oven wasn’t clean but I didn’t need the oven and I had to clean the BBQ before I could use it we cooked on the BBQ and it was great

Tans for the review. The oven was professionally cleaned one month ago by OvenU. The BBQ is a soft steel flat plate BBQ and is cleaned after eac stay due to its nature, the plate takes on a black appearance, and doesn’t look great even when clean.

Family reunion holiday
We found it a great house for a large group from many age generations to enjoy varied activities and spaces. There were a great choice of activities for everyone. Although dogs were allowed at the property, not having a front gate meant there was a constant need to check it’s whereabouts.

We make it clear to all dog owners at the time of booking that there is no front gate and that the property is not suitable if they have pets that tend to wander off.

Friends get together
Fantastic, had everything we needed. It would be great to visit in summer and utilize all of the amazing amenities in full. Clean, large property with ample space for everyone. Easy communication with host made the whole process smooth.

Great family weekend
Thanks Adam and Belinda, We had an amazing long weekend with our children and grandchildren, 17 in total. The tennis court and basketball hoop were in use between showers. The games room was a perfect hang- out for the teenagers while the adults were able to relax in their own space. Marie and Michael

Amazing house for a family getaway
We had my mums 80th with all 4 families coming together and this house was perfect. Had everting you could ever need - so well equipped. The tennis court, games room and pool were awesome too. Great house, great location, great host with very prompt communication. Thanks so much!!

My 50th weekend away

Wonderful location.
Within walking distance of front and back beaches as well as shopping centre but with so many activities to do on the property we spent much of our time at the house. The number of living areas, bedrooms a bathrooms was a huge bonus and we wanted for nothing. A few small maintenance things to be done in and around the house…we discussed that sometimes it’s a good idea for owners to stay on their properties for a while so they get to know these things and rectify. Overall we had a wonderful stay and certainly recommended for a large family.

It was unfortunate that Christine stayed during a severe storm event which caused an electrical short and undermined the backup (secondary) hot water service. We were able to find an electrician to come out late in the evening to ensure our guests’ safety. Replacement of the hot water system was delayed several times due to unavailability of equipment (pandemic related logistics delays) but has now been replaced.

Happy Days
A perfect venue for my 70th with the family. Children loved the tennis court and the pool with plenty of equipment provided. Plenty of space for them to run around. Games room allowed the adults to eat in peace! Kitchen very well equipped for the cooks in the family. My correspondence with Adam was immediate and helpful. The best birthday celebration!

All you need
This property ticks all the boxes. The location, in a quiet neighbourhood, is perfect with Sorrento Central and bay and ocean beaches all within easy walking distance. The property itself provides for all ages, we ranged from 1 to 72, with plenty to keep all occupied and room to quietly relax and enjoy. Highly recommend for large family gatherings.

Great house! Great location!
Weekend getaway for 4 families ( 8 adults, 9 kids). Lots of room for all of us. Lots for kids to do at the house even on a raining day without anyone being on top of eachother. Great weekend! Would definitely come back! Thanks Adam!

big property with plenty of features to make it comfortable and entertaining
Property presented well but needed some general maintenance to hold its rating .ie. shower hoses split, toilet seats unstable, garden needing some TLC (lawns mowing for young ones running around) However for a large group it was great.

perfect for big groups
The house was fantastic with plenty of room for all the couples and their children. The house had lots of amenities to keep all entertained during the stay. Shops and beach were walking distance for the house, only negative thing I’d have to say is the house had no cooling down stairs which was the main living area.

Great holiday house for a large group
Our family of 18 (aged 11-76) had a fantastic stay at this property. The multiple living/recreation areas meant that everyone was able to find a comfortable space for reading or games. We played downball on the half court tennis court and found the pool refreshing . The kitchen was well appointed for a large group and the bar fridge in the games room good for drinks. Adam was a helpful and responsive host! Highly recommended!!!

Great accomidation for large groups
The accomidation was great for our large family Christmas. Slept multiple families with ease. Everything was clean. The grounds were great for the kids, this meant we didn't have to go out all the time to entertain them. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. The area is stunning. And the hosts were easy to deal with

Beautiful home away from home
A lovely place to spend time with family. Wonderfully furnished with plenty of room, great amenities and very clean throughout. Super comfy beds, big well-equipped kitchen, spotless bathrooms and toilets. Loved the lovely big grounds, pity it was too cold to use the pool but we certainly appreciated the gas fire and central heating!

Very spacious and great location
This property has great accommodation - we were four families and there was more than enough room. Great location too - 5 minutes walk to the front beach and 10 minutes to Sorrento shops. Luckily it was cooler in Sorrento during our stay as there is no air conditioning downstairs ( only a couple of units upstairs) so we found it got very hot and stuffy downstairs. It's great that the property allows dogs - but if you take your pet you need to be careful as there is no gate and most of the fences are not dog proof .

Thank you for the honest review. We are glad that you enjoyed the accommodation and location. We have been transparent about the location of airconditioning in the property description. For guests contemplating booking our property, there are ceiling fans in the lounge area and dining area downstairs to circulate air - we are planning to install airconditioning downstairs within the next year. We acknowledge that the fence to the side of the property is not dog-proof. We are working with our elderly neighbour to come up with a solution to this. In the meantime we would urge owners of wandering pets to exercise caution. As there are sewer works planned in the area by SouthEast Water we have put on hold any installation of a sliding gate until those works are completed. The house was indeed spacious, well stocked, clean, beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of entertainment to cater for our group of 11 months old - 65 years old. We had a wonderful stay and recommend to large groups wanting to stay in the area.

Memorable weekend to talk about for next couple of years!!!!
Clean and nice spacious,homely accommodation to a level which you can’t find easily. Communication with Adam was very pleasant, probably because his priority was customer satisfaction rather than money. We’ll visit this place again no doubt also will recommend to everybody without any hesitation.
