Space & Lifestyle Modern Retreat

1642 sqm flat land for little ones to run around and explore. The vast living area opens via large sliding doors to an outdoor zone, where a solar heated, salt-chlorinated in-ground pool provides a stunning centrepiece. The interior is beautifully lit with natural sunlight and high raked ceilings add to the sense of space.

A tastefully furnished lounge with polished concrete floors is ideal for entertaining, while the state-of-the-art kitchen with butler's pantry has everything to ensure that guests are catered for. An exciting alfresco space with outdoor kitchen and wood open fire place and lush gardens fringe the property beyond which rolls a seemingly endless lawn, inviting children to romp. The master suite is generous in size and offers large walk in robe and ensuite. There’s a brand new, separate studio/guest space with its own living/bedroom and ensuite.

Other features include double glazed windows/doors throughout, gas ducted heating,2nd living zone with built in cabinetry. Located in a very quiet & friendly street, this stunning 5 bedroom home is private, spacious and peaceful.

Great Family Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time, the property was excellent for our family and young grandchildren. The amenities for the children, being the in-ground trampoline, kids cubby house, plenty of land to play ball games and the large solar heated pool kept them entertained. There was no need to leave the property, it ticked all the boxes.The house itself was maintained to very high standards, we would definitely recommend it to our friends and stay there again.
