Some issues with the bathroom. Toilet seat very loose. Shower door would not shut, resulting in floor flooding. Basin drain blocked and very slow to drain. Hot water very slow to come through, 4 or 5 minutes resulting in massive waste of precious water each time hot water needed. No recycling bin in room, or instruction on what to do with paper, plastic and glass.

The balcony was very small and uncomfortable and not as described in the booking. TV screen was damaged and poor quality. We could smell the rubbish chute when coming in or out of the door. Smelly! Sofa mattress was old and uncomfortable. No TV in bedroom. Remote didnt work properly.

The DTV input on the tv does not work. The analogue signal is very poor and only signal available. The remote for tv needed new batteries. When tv reported to manager nothing seemed to be done to fix.

These apartments are in a great spot in Melbourne. Within walking distance to most things. great views from balcony. a/c in room never worked, rang reception twice to repair but never heard back from them. Room was not serviced for 5 days, had to ring them, notice in room said they would come on the 4th day. single beds were a bit small, sons feet overhung end (15 yr old). toilet roll holder broken, no pay tv/ netflix. fry pan to small for cooking. one last positive - rooms were quiet no banging from other rooms

No access to swimming and gym
A major disappointment is that our 2-night stay did not give us access to the swimming pool and the gym. Upon inquiry, we were informed that these facilities were for residents only. My son was devastated and we were looking forward to using the gym as well. When I was searching for a hotel, there were pictures of the gym and a swimming pool. If we knew that there were restrictions we would have chosen another hotel. It had a huge negative impact on our little family getaway. Otherwise, the hotel is close to public transport, has two bathrooms which is ideal for a family stay.

Room condition is poor. Super noisy at night. Aircon only in the living area. Both rooms has no air conditioning. Lighting control at night is not friendly

Terrible water pressure - hot water takes ages to come through, air-conditioner doesn't work properly, and street noise is so loud I felt like I was sleeping on Southern Cross station

The location was great, not far from the mall and Coles across the road was great. Would have preferred utensils suitable to a non stick pan, as well as more cutlery and grater and a peeler. Overall the comfort of the apartment was very nice. Great size too.

Great location & view but unit needs work!
Location is great. Plenty of resteraunts although you have to really look further away if you are a coffee fan. The view from the unit is fantastic. Beds were comfy but only a 2 seater couch, and small chair in lounge. There were several things around unit that needed fixing which was disappointing.

The location was excellent. The amenities were good. The staff we met were friendly and very helpful, The only real downside was that the rooms smelt.There was a stail ,smoky smell.

The staff were very friendly, the apartment was nice and quiet, the atmosphere when walking through the lobby was very nice! We absolutely loved it there! Thanks for having us :)

Overall a good experience. Perfectly acceptable for the price paid. Apartment was clean though bathroom could use a little attention. Location great, bed comfortable, communication with hosts good. Another car was in our allocated car spot- but that is not the fault of the apartment managers. Would recommend for a short stay in Melbourne

The property location was excellent but the unit (3207) was run down. Did not use main shower as mould on the walls, in the second shower the shower door did no close properly, carpets were stained and worn, had to wash the pots and pans as not clean, had to hold tap in kitchen as very loose, door handles need repair.

Fantastic location and views. In sore need of basic repairs (eg shower hose, bedroom door handle taped together etc), a thorough clean (unable to light wok burner due to previous spilt food) and decent stocking of the kitchen with reasonable quality pots, plates (Corelle only, no side plates) and cutlery (mismatched) and only 4of each item

The room we occupied did not have curtains, only mesh blinds. Natural light and lights from surrounding buildings made the sleeping area not dark enough for us to sleep well.
