An Amazing Experience
We hadn't been away as a family for a while, and this was the perfect property and also a beautiful last trip with our elderly dog. The host Tamara is super friendly and communicative, checked in a few times with local recommendations. Clean, comfortable and cosy. The heated pool was also a LOT of fun. Highly recommended.

Perfect beach holiday stay
A group of friends and myself stayed at Saltwater Poolside for a low-key schoolies trip and we couldn’t have chosen a better home to stay in. I say home because the house indeed felt like our home and it was a very comfortable, stress free trip that we will all remember! Tamara was always welcoming and communication was great. The care she takes to ensure her guests enjoy their stay was evident both in this and in the beautiful, warm space she provides —I’d recommend her properties to anyone looking for a beach getaway!

Great mid week stay with family. Kids loved the pool even on rainy days. Highly recommend having the pool heating turned on. House is very well equipped with everything you need. Very easy to live in with comfortable bedding also. Would recommend.

I would like to express my appreciation for your awesome hosting! Your service topped all expectations and everything in your property is perfect. The pool!!!!! No words can express the serenity and relaxed vibe it provides. Also level of hygiene, the set up and all the extras provided, made your holiday house, my favourite home away from home! On arriving we loved the local information provided in the catalogue, complimentary basket of snacks, extra information provided daily via text, also the late check out offered!!! Cant fault this place at all and cant think of anything extra we needed. We will definitely be back.

What an amazing getaway!!
We had an amazing 2 night away with the family in Rye. Tamara was the best host ever. The house blew our mind. Location perfect, heated pool was so good and our groodle Molly had the best time ever. Thank you Tamara for making out stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be back. Everything we needed was available and the special snacks for the kids were loved.

Great nights stay
We stayed at Saltwater Poolside for the night ahead of a charity walk (Coastrek) the following morning. The stay was very comfortable and the house had everything we needed to prepare for an 11hr trek. A shame we couldn’t stay longer and use the lovely pool!

Home away from home
Our family had the most wonderful time away together at this lovely property. Just what we needed after a busy term of work and school. Tamara is an exemplary host - informative, kind and a terrific communicator. The kids spent hours in the heated pool each day, and was well worth the extra dollars to have the gas heating switched on. As a family it was fab to have such a large L-shaped sofa so we could all come together and watch movies. Our groodle Frankie was so at home from the start. We enjoyed some lovely meals and Uno card game sessions at the ample dining table. Modern, functional kitchen that made cooking and cleaning up a breeze. Comfy beds, pillows and crisp linen ensured a restful nights each day after exploring Rye’s beach and pier. All in all a brilliant stay away, and we look forward to our return down the track. Highly recommend!!

Great house, great location
The owner of the house was lovely and communicated with us during our stay. She was nice enough to let us stay and check out late which allowed us to relax and use the beautiful pool. The house overall is amazing, we were welcomed by some delicious treats. House fits enough people, there was 7 of us and the rooms were big and comfortable. It was located in a good area, with the beach so close by! Tamara is a great host, we were very thankful for everything she did! Recommend to anyone planning on visiting rye, it’s so close to the hot springs too. House had a homey feeling and we loved everything about it. Every essential for a little getaway was there.

Little slice of paradise
Saltwater Poolside is a simply stunning home and the perfect getaway for a lovely weekend away with the family. From booking to checkout, our end to end experience was 6 stars. Tamara is such a gracious and lovely host, and her excellent communication and updates meant our stay was completely stress free. We knew exactly what to expect, zero unwelcome surprises and Tamara was readily available with answers to any question - including sharing tips about local dining and activity options. The home is beautiful, bright and completely private. It’s well laid out, and has everything you could possibly need. It’s also truly dog friendly - our 6 month old border collie pup had the time of his life! It was a beautiful way to spend my birthday and just felt like a home away from home. We cannot wait to rebook and come back to enjoy this beautiful home again!

Genuine dog friendly property
This is the most dog friendly property we have had the pleasure of staying at. High fences, doggy door, dog bowls, toys and treats. The pool was fantastic and I'm so glad we opted for gas heating as it made swimming on 18 degrees days enjoyable! The house is a leisurely 15 minute walk to the supermarket and in a quiet neighbourhood. Property was very clean and tidy as well. Our dog Rosie loved it here and was so settled in on the first day. Will definitely be coming back for another stay

Tamara was fabulous. The property has all you need. Size and locations is great. Being dog friendly but actually dog friendly is a huge bonus for me and means I must visit again! There was 4 of us and we all totally enjoyed our time away here and went to come back again!

Perfect Rye Getaway
Amazing spot for our family getaway. The gas-heated pool was a highlight, and where we spent most of our time in September weather! The pool, layout, modern appliances and bathroom, combined with complete doggy-proofing of the fence line for our Westie let us relax completely. Thanks Tamara!

Great house in a central location. Tamara was very accommodating and great to deal with. Beautiful new bathrooms and kitchens with everything you could possibly need. The pool and outside area was fabulous and well utilised. And of course the fact that it is all pet friendly is an added bonus. Thanks for the gift on arrival, was a nice surprise! Only downside for us was the stairs to get into the house. Had my 77yr old Mum with us and a dog who also struggled to get up and down the steps. Just need to consider this if you are older or have any disabilities, otherwise highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful break
We had such a great break at this house which is really a holiday home. But Tamara provided the support which makes it feel like a serviced holiday spot. We had the full range of weather from blazing sun to torrential rain over a week and the house was great for spending the whole day inside or out pool-side. Lots of room for two families with kids and teens to have enough space to do their own thing and come together. The kitchen and dining table area is enormous so you could cook up a feast. And we were able to keep up with the tennis as there's actual television reception. The kids were so happy with a TV in their room after a long day of swimming. With any luck, we'll be back.

Easy Poolside Summer Living
This was a great family holiday house for our family of four with our teens and dog. Lazy afternoons in the pool, short drives to catching waves at the surf beach, a generous kitchen to cook up a storm and then snuggle in for a movie on the couch. Terrific cooling for the hotter days, and a very short drive to nearby shops and cafes. Tamara was a great host, and we appreciated her timely and friendly communication. Happy days!

Tamara - an AMAZING host
The property was very clean on arrival and we had everything we could ask for in a holiday rental. Most of all Tamara was an excellent host, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. She even went out of her way to make our pets feel very welcome. A hamper that was delivered to our door step the day after our arrival was a huge surprise. We will stay in any of her properties any time!

The house is exceptionally clean, and really well appointed with great outdoor areas and the pool. A real pleasure to have such a nice property be pet friendly. It is very private whilst being walking distance to the beach. A perfect holiday house to be able to relax in while being close but not in the middle of the busy main street. Would love to stay again in the summer. When booking it feels like there are lots of rules, but I feel that this is more of a council thing as there weren't any issues relating to the house.

The perfect holiday
This house is simply perfect! The house is comfortable with a brilliant renovation, the pool is so much fun, the dogs love the grass area (lots of smelling and zoomies!) and the location is central but also quiet. We chose to stay here with with some of our bridal party, son and doggies for our wedding weekend. The house is absolutely stunning and very clean and tidy. There was the essentials and more left in the house to use and Tamara was extremely accomodating. The communication throughout everything was fantastic and we felt extremely welcome.
