A few issues
Floors were filthy. Half the jets in the spa didn't work. Was told 2 days before check in there were no towels, pillow cases or sheets. Not enough toilet paper. Board games unplayable and missing pieces. Otherwise large and pretty house

Better than we thought
The property is good, the website mislead on information, especially linen& towels. We arrived and open the oven there was cooked bacon and egg left in there, we don't know for for how long. There is no instruction where to find stuff. The hot plate doesn't work

Good location
Took a week for the property manager to respond to my messages and they only replied after I sat on hold to customer service for 75 minutes and they contacted her. On day of check in I was advised that linen and towels were not provided despite being advertised as being provided on the listing. The house wasn’t overly clean - full of spider webs and dirty floors.

Property is very run down, previous reviews re oven not working and still not working properly, Taps just turn and do not work, half of the lights were out. Upon arrival no linen,when booking nothing mentioned so had to pay extra $120 and wait for someone to come and give us sheets & towels

Holiday From Hell
Worst holiday rental ever I’ve been renting holiday house here on the peninsula for 20 years and this experience would have to be the worst. We found many many problems when we got there and I constantly tried to get hold of the property manager to make her aware of the problems and had no response whatsoever. Leaking tap in upstairs bathroom No gas for BBQ Linen and doonas didn’t fit the beds Spider webs everywhere Light fittings didn’t work Not enough drinking glasses Bags and bags of rubbish left in the front yard Oven didn’t work Kitchen exhaust didn’t work When it rained backyard flooded cause drain must be blocked Also when it rained there was a leak in upstairs bathroom Dishes and utensils dirty had to wash everything before using Worst holiday in 20 years do not and would not recommend this place to anyone. Very very annoying and angry 😡
