The interior has been newly painted and recarpeted to match the stunning natural oak flooring recently installed. Modern personal amenities are available via a family sized bathroom with shower and toilet plus a smaller but still ample upstairs bathroom with shower, bath and toilet.

The house is set within a mature and well maintained garden, home to many native and Euro plantings, birdlife and sprawling green lawns. If backyard cricket is your thing, we've got you covered! There is also ample parking both onsite and onroad plus a gorgeous, gated park with huge oak trees for the children 200m away. Why not pick up a coffee or brunch at the two cosy cafe's next door to the park or maybe a bottle of something chilled across the road.



Your home away from home is easily accessible from both the M1 freeway and has a tram 250m away to take you into both Camberwell Junction for shopping, restaurants of all budgets, bars and Rivoli Cinema. Alternatively, stay on the tram and head into Melbourne city for its vibrant nightlife, international sporting events, casino and abundance of restuarants, cafes and art venues.
