Open plan living featuring a bright family kitchen with electric cooking and a large central dining table. The adjacent lounge room offers plenty of seating with a wide screen TV, complete with a large capacity split system heating and cooling system, an open fire place, and direct access to the front porch.

The bedrooms and bathrooms;

Three bedrooms and a family bathroom comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. There are 2 queen size beds, while the third bedroom accommodates up to 4 guests in the tri bunks and a single bed. Each room has plenty of storage space for guest clothing.

Strictly No parties – No groups under 25 years of age.

This property does not accept hens or bucks gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.
