Not terrible, but nothing special for this kind of accommodation. My main issues were with the cleanliness of the place. There were smudges and marks around the towel racks, doors, cupboards, and light switches that gave the impression that the surfaces hadn't been wiped down. I wouldn't usually mind, but during a pandemic, it made me feel uncomfortable. I had plenty of knives, pots, pans and mugs in my room, but no bowls, and only one drinking glass and no chopping board. Someone across the hall from me said they found a broken wine glass in the cupboard after checking in.
The area was suprising loud at night given how quiet it is in the day, but definitely more quiet than the city. It's relatively close to some nice cafes, tramlines and essential shops, but also less convenient than staying in the CBD, which is fine if you dont mind walking.
Bed was quite comfy and the layout of the one bedroom balcony apartment was nice too.
