The property was located clos e to public transport with easy access to the city and inan attractive street. The receptionist was helpful and the apartment spacious and ideal for a week's stay. The apartment would have benefitted from a good clean and the stand alone fan was broken. Although the apartment was light, there was no view from either room on account of the opaque glass. Prior to our arrival I had rung and confirmed that we would be checking in after office hours and was advised that would not be a problem - on arrival it was !

We should have been told about the construction going on early mornings only meters from our accommodation. Right outside our bedroom windows. The place was okay but cleanliness wasn’t great. We had some person staying at the accomodation yelling out from 4am in the morning until 6am on our last nights stay. When that stopped the construction began. No sleep!! When asking for a late checkout because of previous nights ordeal, the front reception said 11am max!! No apologies. So no will not be staying again.

Great location and good for what we paid. A little maintenance required though (blind broken, power outlet for washing machine not working, moldy shower) Carpark is really tight width and height so be mindful if you have a bigger car! Lovely staff who let us check in early so we could get ready.

We were greeted by a friendly receptionist. The room was clean and tidy. Parking was very tight and difficult to find a spot late in the evening. Very disruptive sleep Sunday night with other guests coming and going, slamming doors.

The apartments are a good size and in a great location walking distance to Queen Victoria markets and the CBD. Parking was easy, but it would be tight for large vehicles. Kitchen wasn’t well equipped and the cleanliness wasn’t fantastic but overall good value for money.

Check in after hours was arranged and went well. Queen bed was a bit hard and there wasn't much room to get around it. Parking secure but tight. Lower ground parking is scary.

Great location and price. Booked two apartments and they were quite different. The ground level apartment wasn’t as light and open as level 1 but did have a big courtyard in comparison. Kitchen was good, space was sufficient. Overall would recommend.

The apartment we stayed in was pretty tired. The couch was ripped, the blinds had permanent stains on them and the shower was mouldy. We needed last minute accommodation for one night unexpectedly so it did the job but we wouldn't have wanted to stay any longer.

Receptionist was extremely happy and helpful, making me feel very welcome. Room was very nice and comfortable. No view from the balcony has it had all frosted glass and construction happening outside in the morning. No smoking allowed on the balcony. Smoking area is a creapy little seat down the drive way to the garage. Good location close to all the hospitals.

Shower had black mould in it everywhere! The ironing board had a build up of dust and dirt, The Balcony had not been cleaned for no idea how long it was very dirty. There was food sprayed up the way near the table and where the rubbish bin was. The bed was so uncomfortable we had to use it as a single bed.

The property itself was great, however one apartment partied all night despite our protestations and having nobody on site to enforce the noise curfew made it difficult. Not RNRs fault, just a lack of respect for other people from some guests

Good family accommodation. Walking distance to small grocery stores, restaurants and even down town Melbourne. A few extra kitchen items - bowls , plates etc would be great otherwise everything at this hotel is great

While the room overall was okay in terms of size and features, there were some really disappointing aspects. As soon as we walked into the room there was a horrific smell that was like indescribably bad in the whole place. The ‘balcony’ door had been left slightly open which makes me think they knew about the smell and left it anyway. No efforts had been made to use disinfectant or room spray and it was so awful that we aired out the room for hours and had to go out and it still remained for the entire stay so possibly in the walls or vents. There was no way to get assistance as no 24 hour desk. When I went to check out / discuss it in the morning there was no one at the desk despite it being 10 minutes after they were supposedly staffed. I don’t like writing bad reviews so I would chalk this up to being random if it weren’t for the fact that the hygiene standards as a whole were lacking. The shower had plenty of mould built up, the carpets weren’t very clean, everything just felt a bit dirty. The room had decent features overall and wasn’t toooo bad for the price. The only other thing I would say is it is a serious stretch that the room is advertised as a ‘city view’. The only way I could see any city would be to stand on a balcony chair on a specific angle to look behind the building in front. The balcony is covered anyway and the building is behind another building so i’m not sure how you could possibly call it that.

Canceled our booking immediately after checking in, shower filled with black mould, thick layers of dirt and dust in all corners of every room, our sons asthma flared up after being there for 15 minutes, stains and smears on the walls and ceiling, the “leather” lounge looks like it was picked up of the side of the road, I have never seen accommodation in a worse state on arrival, absolutely disgusting

We had two 2 bedroom apartments book when we arrived one of the rooms only had one bed and this room had a very strong smell. The other room had a syringe in the wardrobe, dirty face washer in the bathroom and the kitchen was not clean. They did give us another room which was better than the others but still not up to standard with a toilet roll in the bedside table that someone else left there

Not terrible, but nothing special for this kind of accommodation. My main issues were with the cleanliness of the place. There were smudges and marks around the towel racks, doors, cupboards, and light switches that gave the impression that the surfaces hadn't been wiped down. I wouldn't usually mind, but during a pandemic, it made me feel uncomfortable. I had plenty of knives, pots, pans and mugs in my room, but no bowls, and only one drinking glass and no chopping board. Someone across the hall from me said they found a broken wine glass in the cupboard after checking in. The area was suprising loud at night given how quiet it is in the day, but definitely more quiet than the city. It's relatively close to some nice cafes, tramlines and essential shops, but also less convenient than staying in the CBD, which is fine if you dont mind walking. Bed was quite comfy and the layout of the one bedroom balcony apartment was nice too.

The location of the property was nice. The issue was the lack of cleanliness. There were hand prints all over the glass sliding door, the dining table had dried dirty swirls, the tiles in the kitchen floor were sticky and grimey at the same time, the shower had mould in it. The property has potential but unfortunately cheaping out on the cleaning has significantly decreased the value.
