WAKE UP TO THE PARK
Step outside and you are directly across from a sprawling green park -- complete with a kids playground and public BBQ area. Morning walks, after-breakfast park runs, afternoon picnics -- its right there, every day of your stay. For families with young children, this alone is worth the trip.

SLEEP IN COMFORT
Five queen sleeping arrangements across four beautifully styled bedrooms upstairs plus a queen sofa bed, all dressed in premium hotel-grade linen. A sofa downstairs sleeps one more. Three and a half bathrooms keep the morning routine smooth for even the biggest groups. Thoughtfully decorated throughout, every room feels like it belongs in a design magazine.

SECURITY CAMERAS & ALARM

For the safety and security of the property, a security camera and alarm system is installed at the front of the home, monitoring the front yard and entrance area. No cameras are located inside the property or in any private areas. Recording is for security purposes only.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A $500 security deposit is required for all high-risk bookings -- including guests with no prior reviews. There are no exceptions to this policy.

This is in place to protect the property and to give all guests the confidence that the home is well cared for. We appreciate your understanding.

LONG STAYS (28+ DAYS)

Stays exceeding 28 days require the following:

• A fortnightly professional clean -- scheduled and coordinated with the host. Cost to be confirmed at time of booking.
• A formal short-term accommodation contract must be signed prior to check-in. This protects both parties and outlines all terms clearly.

CHECK-IN & KEY COLLECTION

Keys are collected via a secure key safe located on site. Check-in instructions and the key safe code will be sent to you 24 hours before your arrival date.
