Great location for weekend footy trip
Great location to MCG and easy walk to city centre. Quiet area and great facilities. Communication with host was great before and after the booking. Would highly recommend.

Perfect location
Such a beautiful apartment in the perfect leafy Melbourne suburb. It feels like a green oasis just minutes from everything! Rick was a wonderful host, great communication and detailed instructions. We were a group of 5 friends and we found there was plenty of room for all of us. Would definitely rebook.

Girls weekend
We had an incredible girls weekend stay- leafy green, quiet location yet walking distance to cbd. Parking undercover was great. Apartment had character. Aircon worked which was a big phew given 39 degree weekend! Rick was so easy to communicate with. Kitchen was practical with lots of platters for us to use (small size kitchen so not ideal if youre spending time away from home cooking in big groups). Apartment is clean and dating the way you would expect. Pool was a bonus! Would stay again and highly recommend.

Family wedding weekend
Great place to stay. Sufficient space and plenty of mirrors to assist in getting ready for a formal wedding. Close enough to walk into the city and catch public transport. Would happily stay again. Property manager very helpful and great with communication. On site parking also a plus

A spacious older apartment in a beautiful crescent..so handy to everything… less than 10 minutes to MCG, Rod Laver Stadium, the City Circle tram..15 mins to Fed Square and from there you can roam to your hearts content..30 mins from Tullamarine by cab… Rick is a great host, great communication and the whole process is just so easy.. This is our third stay in this apartment and we wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else…

Great Host, Amazing Location
A Melbourne stay-cation in the perfect location. Stayed with our 3 children and in-laws. Beautiful tree-lined, quiet spot, easy walking distance to the city. Property is a little dated but very clean, with all amenities as advertised. Kids loved the mezzanine level as a retreat for them and the communal pool. Rick was a great host, helping us to promptly resolve a parking issue upon arrival. Very responsive and determined for us to have a great stay, which we did. Would highly recommend for families and friends.

Located in quiet leafy area, close to public transport and sporting grounds. Easy access to trams to get around. Facilities were good, clean and practical for our group. Melb long weekend
Amazing property that is close to all amenities melb has to offer. Super suitable for mcg, John Cain and rod Laver and only short walk to trams or flinders street for trains. Property is a bit tired showing lots of wear and tear being a rental however still highly recommend. Showers could do with a good bleaching would be my only suggestion.

Great location and well appointed apartment. Very close to city center and free transport. We appreciated the coffee and tea available as we got in later than expected. Only issues were 1) the apartment is 3 floors up without a lift/elevator. This would have been a deal breaker if it was in the description as we had A LOT of luggage and had to make multiple trips; and 2) both television sets need to be replaced. The upstairs TV didn't work at all and the downstairs TV only had audio of certain channels. We were there for the FIFA Women's World Cup but could only hear the game on the TV. Felicia was very responsive and apologetic and tried to assist as much as she could with our issues.

Great location and host, who was very accommodating, flexible with our changing plans, and communicative. The building is slightly older, but the unit was comfortable for our group. The extra fold-out couches in the loft were particularly helpful. We also greatly appreciated the on-site washer and dryer. Two (snug) parking spaces were really helpful in a busy neighborhood. Overall a very good experience and we recommend.

Australian Open Dream
This apartment is in a lovely quiet, leafy street within an easy flat walk through the MCG to the Tennis. Very safe at night as well. Be aware of 3 flights of stairs all up to the top level unit 6. I was not prepared for that, but at least it was only once a day! One ensuite bedroom and extra bedroom/bathroom plus a loft upstairs, that is spacious, but not private, No coffee shop on the back way to the tennis, but one on the Wellington Pde route. Rick, manager was very kind and responsive. I would suggest a bigger TV for tennis watchers, and some armchairs that don't fling you out onto the ground ..haha..lots of laughs negotiating the recliners :) We ate out a lot at night on the way home from day tennis via Southbank or Flinders str laneways. Must mention SEZAR middle eastern restaurant that has a Pre- theatre $60 per head feast that got us to night tennis easily from 5:30pm booking. Absolutely amazing share plates. YUM. Melbounre was a buzz, and the weather very nice for tennis watching. Happy to recommend. KIm

Very spacious apartment. We had 6 adults & plenty of room. Upstairs room had queen bed & 2 pullout sofas with plenty of extra room to move. Lots of seating in lounge room. Was up some stairs to reach apartment but nothing too strenuous at all. Very central to cbd, we walked in. Absolutely beautiful Fitzroy gardens in a stones throw from apartment. Great facilities, pools, gym etc. Owner, Rick was super friendly & very accommodating. Gave us so much info which was great.

Great apartment for 5 women. Two separate rooms and 3 when beds upstairs in the loft so more like a slumber party which worked for a group of friends. Very helpful owner and very responsive. Great showers and loved the pool.

Great City Location
Stylish property on the edge of the city and very close to the MCG. Had a great stay! Our only concern was the shower in the main bathroom…a bit of a dribble…but easy to fix.
