Great place to stay
Very well-appointed rooms, spacious, clean and comfortable. Easy check-in after hours and plenty of parking. Maybe check operation of the TV in rm49 though. Will be back.

Couple of issues - despite the name, the motel is in Blackburn, not Nunawading! Makes it hard to find by GPS. The lighting needs upgrading, these days you can have bright lights and low consumption. Overall though, just what we needed at a fair price.

Needs hair-dryer in bathroom. Also a microwave would have been handy thought it a bit rude to have to hire at reception. Handy accommodation for the area but very tired and in need of a big upgrade.

I am a regular customer and happy with this motel. However attention need to be given to the heating facilities. They are inefficient especially innthis cold weather

This place is great for it's proximity to Urban Climb in Blackburn - couldn't get a closer place to stay. The lady who works in reception, and pretty much runs the place, is amazing. She was so lovely and helpful, and did her best to fix the problems we encountered. Pretty much all the problems were cleaning related - hairs in the bathtub (the short n curly ones), dirty and missing cutlery, weird liquid residue in the bedside drawer (didn't open it again).

The room was tidy but looks like it needs to be overhauled. Things looking old and used. Grout could do with a deep clean in bathroom. Outside looked like the pool wasn’t cleaned for a long time and could do with rubbish being picked up in the garden beds. Lovely host and close to where we wanted to be.

staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. Only downside were the pillows and the fact that they didn't have a chef at the time so there was no breakfast available which seems to be a common problem due to covid. I have stayed here before and would happily stay here again.

Clean and surprisingly quiet considering the location. The shower has great pressure. Only two minor issues, the room was very dark and the bathroom needs an exhaust fan. Will stay here again.

Reception closing at 6pm is a bit of a bugbear. They did stay back until 6:30pm for me but made me feel like the were REALLY doing me a favour. Rooms basic but clean and tidy. Shower screen rather than a shower curtain would have been nice as well

Loved our apartment clean spacious comfy beds The owners and staff were great While we were in Melbourne we bought two cars the owners allowed us to leave extra cars on site with no extra cost we thank you guys for a wonderful stay 👍
