Great stay
Great place to stay. Clean and tidy. Loved the cereal and milk that was available. Enjoyed looking at all the whale art. Good for a late check in. Little extras like soap, toilet paper etc made for an easy stay.

Quirky touches and great location
Spacious, equipped with all amenities to suit a family. Well located close to town centre. Lovely welcoming touches of chocolate and wine. Eclectic furnishings. Superficially clean and tidy, but feel it is time for a deep clean, and a garden tidy up! Some pillows were lumpy. I made the mistake of entering through back door, so access was challenging. Should have used the front door!

The unit is cleaned from top to bottom after each guest has checked out. Yes, I’ve noticed that a few of the pillows need to be replaced too, keys can be used to access the front and back doors. Thank you 😊

Property was very comfortable, well equiped and very dog friendly. We were happy with our choice. However, we Could not watch tele at all as we had no signal. Overall cleaning was ok but the toilet base was needing urgent attention . Behind the very old & dirty (top)bin & the paper storage urn had not been cleaned & was very dirty.

Netflix is linked to the wifi connection, clicking source on the remote and then DTV will access all free to air channels. The remote has the label Netflix on it to will take you directly to Netflix. There is also you tube if you needed it. The base of the toilet is only cosmetic. I would of responded quickly to any issues with the tv.

The place was perfect! Large enough outdoor area, beautiful inside and the owner had very nice touches. We loved the fact that Luke accepted dogs! He was very responsive and very welcoming. We would definitely recommend this place. Thanks for everything.

Happy Hastings experience
Very happy with our stay in this well setup unit this week. Was impressed with the provision of breakfast and other staples in the kitchen and bathroom, and champagne and chocolates. Had almost everything we needed for looking after small children. Location was so convenient to walk with children to the town centre. Suggested improvements are to provide hand towels for guests, a rubbish bin in the bathroom and outside furniture needs a clean up so that it can be used.

Great location
Great location, easy walking distance to main shopping strip and waterfront. Great size yard for our little dog. Champagne and chocolates where a lovely surprise on arrival and unit inclusions made it feel like a home away from home.

I was very happy with my stay. The location was so convenient for walks with my dog as well as to get to meals including a lovely restaurant facing the foreshore. The property was in a built up neighbourhood, which suited me, as I wanted to feel safe.

The host was very obliging with a couple of requests that we had. The unit was very comfortable and warm, and very spacious. The champagne and chocolates were a lovely touch, especially as we were there for a celebration. Would definitely stay here again.

My sanctuary in Hastings
My host was generous and accommodating, and I was fortunate to have time to chat and ask about the property. I loved the spaciousness of this 1960s unit, with large rooms and well organised spaces. This is a stylish space, with light and inspiring art work. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom spacious, with bath and shower. The garden is special and my visiting grandchildren loved playing in the hammock while my daughter and I drank the complimentary champagne. I was in the middle of the glorious shores of Westernport, shops close by and great food delivered to my door (details thoughtfully left in the notes to visitors). If you don't have a car, it's a short walk to the bus, which takes you to Frankston Station. Luke is a kind, thoughtful host and this is such a welcoming space for singles, couples and small families.

Easy, comfortable place to spend a few days, the garden allowed for more space to spread out.
The host was very easy to communicate with and there were some treats left for us. Overall it’s an easy place to stay in, walking distance to most shops, restaurants etc.

All the beds were so comfortable and my nephew's loved sleeping in beds which catered for comfort and their height We booked in elsewhere otherwise we would prefer to stay here another night
