I’m Not A Karen, Don’t Stay Here!

The Photos on VRBO at the time of our booking were not correct. The interior/exterior of this home has lots of deferred maintenance and shoty upkeep. The walls in this home has lots of patches/paint does not even match. You need to wear shoes no matter where you’re at in this home even in the bathrooms. The kitchen is not functional, the oven looks like it has caught on fire and has duck tape on the controls. The counter top looks to have been green at one time, but then looks like the color in large spots has been worn off and is dirty/even the dishes look like thrift store rejects. The luxurious bathroom in the VRBO site is nothing more than an old step down shower in the master with subway tile held together by caulk. The decor/furnishings looks very mismatched, looks like a flea market threw up in this home. Smells old and moldy, Had to spray glade to make it smell better. When first arriving we had no internet/Tv for 5 days. The owner and her henchman was always finding excuses to come in the home while we were at work, they even took several of our personal things without asking, we had to call and ask them to bring them back. We were constantly watched and harassed. The driveway is sunken and has potholes. There is an open septic tank overflowing with sewage/very hazardous. When our stay ended the owner claimed we broke a gate and neglected to watch their animals, now trying to charge us.The henchman is there everyday handling gate/animals. 1hr 10 mins from Disney

VRBO looks out for themselves

Not sure why this is asking for another review. I had a horrible experience with VRBO, not with the property manager or the property. I do not know exactly how VRBO works, but they cancelled my original reservation the day of check in and then scrambled to find us a replacement which ended up being a downgrade from what we reserved. VRBO did not compensate us in any way for the hassle. The property manager from the new location tried to assist us as best she could.

Daughters Sweet 16

I booked for my daughter’s sweet 16 and we absolutely loved it. This property is far larger and more charming in person, with six bedrooms and four bathrooms. There’s plenty of space and it is very secluded from neighbors, however it is just minutes away from I 95. The owners are absolutely amazing and extremely hospitable. Would definitely recommend booking from them, hope to rent from them again soon!

Great location for us.

Sherine worked very hard to make our stay enjoyable and is very pleasant to work with. House is very nice but had a few cleanliness issues like a few areas needing paint when we arrived. Sherine made a list and assured us these items would be taken care of right after we were gone. Property is in a quiet acreage neighborhood which it makes it very relaxing and private. Were it not for the cleanliness issues I would have given the place a 5.
