The booking system that you used will only, as a rule in their property requirements, allow one location to be listed for a property. Therefore, you will have been well aware of the property location, and its appropriateness for your needs, at the time of making your booking. We clearly and diligently outline and describe all the elements of our accommodation and the photos of the facilities are clear and precise. We have checked our system and cannot locate where you had raised to us prior to making your booking that that you had a disability or mobility issue and required assistance or a suitable cottage for mobility constraints.
