Perfect Place
The apartment lived up to all expectations - spacious, comfortable, modern, well-equipt and quiet on a lovely tree-lined street. Thought has gone into visitors' needs. Nothing was missing. The location is great, easy walking distance to trams to the city and Lygon Street's shops and restaurants. I would come back in a heartbeat. Thanks again.

Modern, quiet, fully equipped, inner city apartment
I stayed here with a friend and our two teenage girls for the Taylor Swift concert. It was the perfect place for us with two bathrooms and a lovely balcony overlooking a quiet street in Carlton. It is a short walk to the heart of Lygon street and multiple transport options and walkable distance to the Queen Vic markets. It is very peaceful and comfortable, fitted out with everything you could possibly need, including a secure underground parking space. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a lovely, clean, modern, home away from home in Melbourne.

Fabulous Location
The property was located close to Lygon Street, walking distance shops/cafes/trams. The Apartment itself has everything and more that you need, very clean, maintained and quiet. My sister, mum and I stayed here and throughly enjoyed our time here together, was only a short trip but would definitely return with my family.

Excellent property close to Lygon Street and the University
This is a new apartment. It was well furnished and appointed for our needs. It was only a 5 minute walk to a number of great restaurants on Lygon Street and a similar walk to the North end of the University of Melbourne. Although we didn't use the trams, there were stops close by as well. Everything was as the property owner indicated it would be and check in and check out was smooth and easy.

Inner suburb peace
Roomy convenient apartment in a peaceful location. Short walk to Lygon Street restaurants and parks. Good tram service but also car access. The apartment is well equipped and pleasant. Everything worked. We loved it.

We love Cosmo stays!
It was my family's first time in Melbourne and we really enjoyed our stay with Cosmo Stays. The apartment was clean and the perfect size for us. Carlton was a great area that is less busy that the downtown core but still within walking distance to the CBD. Checking in and out was a very easy process and the communication from Amanda was almost instant. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and will definitely come back to stay when we return to Melbourne.

Great, compact unit which was perfect for our stay. Garage was a big plus as parking is a nightmare in Carlton, and internal lit was a plus. Great location with Readings bookshop, the cinema, shopping and a Woolworths on your doorstep as well as great coffee and dining options. Easy tram access to the city, Vic Markets, MCG etc. The owner was really easy to deal with and there was a very relaxed feel to the whole process. Will definitely stay here on future trips to Melbourne.

Such a great apartment in an easy location for getting around Melbourne. Modern, clean and had everything we required. Easy check in process with great communication with host. Would definitely recommend this accommodation. Car Parking a bonus.

The property had everything that we needed for the 8 days we were in Melbourne and although it was a little daunting at the start, the tram system was within a comfortable walking distance from the apartment. The apartment was well presented on arrival with lovely clean, fresh linen and carpets. The 3 of us had a wonderful time. My only complaint would be the single beds were a little hard and could probably do with a mattress topper to soften them a bit. Because of our busy schedule and how tired we were at night, it didn't stop me sleeping but I did feel a bit sore by morning from the hardness.

Generally good
Great location and the place was clean and tidy. There was an electrical fault in the bathroom so the light was intermittent. Landlord said it couldn’t be repaired until we were about to check out. Also only one key. We asked for another one but there was not a spare. That was a bit hard to juggle.

University Visit
The property was perfect for our short stay. We wanted to be close to the University and loved being able to walk to dinner each evening. Close proximity to the city was also ideal. The apartment was perfect in terms of comfort, kitchen and laundry needs. It was a really quiet area. Will definitely plan to return!

Great apartment for visiting Melbourne
Two night stay in Melbourne with our two boys. The apartment is well located, close to Lygon Street's many restaurants and cafes. The check-in with a lock box was easy and the underground parking was very convenient with a lift directly up to the apartment from the carpark. The apartment was clean, modern and comfortable. My only comment for visiting families is to buy Myki cards for each of you at the airport (if possible) as it is nice to use the tram system - but the cards are a not always easy to find...

Great property, fantastic location!
This is a perfect place to stay while in Melbourne. It's on a quiet residential street but is only a couple of blocks away from all the cafes, shops, supermarkets and tram/bus stops you could want. You definitely don't need a car! The suite was clean, well-equipped and secure.

Ideal location for Melbourne holiday
Pros: *close to public transport, city and suburbs *quiet building occupants *undercover secure parking *easy check-in process *quick smooth elevator to access apartment level *coffee pod machine with complimentary pods *dishwasher, washing machine & dryer all did the job Cons: *floor in living area was not very clean - we found numerous food splatters from previous occupants *no hot water one morning, so we had to have cold showers *very small kitchen bench area *minimal cupboard space to put our pantry items *exhaust fans in both bathrooms did not work or were not installed (we couldn't really tell) Overall we had a pleasant stay and the apartment suited our needs well. The apartment manager fixed the hot water issue the same day, and was always courteous and friendly.

Comfortable accomodation
Comfortable apartment, great location being about a 5 minute walk to tram to city or supermarket/shops/cafes on Lygon Street. The only disappointment was the lighting - when we arrived 2 lights in the lounge weren't working and neither was the light in the rangehood. We advised the owners twice about this (including verbally) and received no communication/fixed lights (over a 4 night stay). Cooking with a head torch was not what we intended to be doing on this holiday.

Great location and very comfortable
The Espresso apartments were well furnished with modern décor and kitchen facilities. I was very happy with the location, it was quiet and walking distance to pubs and cafe's. The hosts were very accommodating provided prompt assistance when required.

Not worth the risk
Beautiful apartment but not a secured place. Our car was broken into while parked at the apartment’s secured carpark with many items stolen from car’s glove & boot (out of sight to anyone walking by). And host which is a Co (I found out later) didn’t do anything for us to help. A few days after checking out, they even contacted me to ask for their lost key sensor (fob) which I was never given in the first place. Makes me feel that they are not getting their act together & there are loopholes with their management that may have caused the theft in the first place. And I haven’t even mentioned about the upturn nails which I stepped on within the carpet at the time of arrival yet.
