Down the hallway, the family bathroom features both a bath and a shower, with a separate toilet for added practicality. All three bedrooms are beautifully appointed with queen-size beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep for everyone.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond, and we reserve the right to evict guests.
