The villa is set up approx 48 SQM with 2 bedrooms (with 2 Q size beds) plus 1 sofa bed on living area.



It was located at very convenient corner, behind of Huntingdale shopping street, less than 100 meters away to junction train station; less 10 minutes driving to Chadstone Shopping Centre and Monash Uni Clayton, about 20 minutes reach to Melbourne CBD by train.



The villa is part of a commecial building, set in a mixed residential-commercial zone, offering a spacious interior with close proximity to local eateries, transport, and essential services.



Provide kitchen, free parking, washing machine and almost facilities for a longer stay.…… it is more suitable from weeks to couple of months stay.
