In response to your comments, our housekeeping team has been notified and they will be sure to pay extra attention to these areas going forward. We will review whether or not a spider spray is required at the property as well. As you can see from our other reviews, we normally have good feedback with regard to the cleanliness of the home and we will endeavour to maintain this going forward. Apologies for the inconvenience and disappointment caused to you and your guests as a result of this. With regard to having your pets at the property, all requests are handled on a case by case basis, as are the conditions with which they can stay (Ie outdoors only, inside on tiled areas only etc).
