All constructive, genuine and reasonable feedback are appreciated! From the comments below, we can see guests were very unhappy with their stay. They booked and have lived in the apartment for 2 nights. They have two days to communicate about their concerns. But they didn’t mention anything during their stay. After they left, James sent me a message ( of some complaints) and requested a refund of one night plus cleaning fee. Most of the complaints are made untrue and some even without common senses. Complaint1. Use Glen 20 purposely to cover funky smell. Glen 20 is provided for courtesy in light of Covid 19 situations. Complaint 2 Hairs through out in the bathroom. Dusts on surfaces as if haven’t been cleaned recently, etc. even the worst cleaners would wipe all surfaces and vacuum the floor, unless they are blind. If my cleaner did the job, I would almost believe what he commented. Fortunately my partner and I did together that day. I even had a witness as my handyman was also there that day. The dusts could accumulate overnight though as I didn’t have booking that night. Complaint 3. Dirty dishes in the cupboard. Unless I’m blind, I cannot agree with this comment. Complaint 4. Electrical PowerPoint is faulty which is also not true . I provide an individually switched PowerPoint for guests’ convenience. I even provide a child proof PowerPoint in the bedroom. Complaint 5 Foxtel and digital piano. I don’t believe I have advertised for the above. However I was aware of Foxtel in the apartment as previous guests told me about it. I have never used it myself so cannot give any advise about. After I gave explanations to all James’ concerns and refused his refund request, he commented I was rude, defensive and aggressive. This apartment is also listed on other websites, you are most welcome to read all reviews. I believe my price is reasonable because I know I am only human. I can’t be perfect. But l do try my best to improve constantly. I do appreciate all constructive feedbacks. You want discounts, you communicate with me. But I do not accept threats!
