Ideally located just a 10–15 minute walk from Rosebud Beach and the newly rebuilt pier, this home places you close to the best of the Mornington Peninsula. Local cafés, shops, and public transport are all conveniently nearby.

Step inside to a living area featuring comfortable seating and a TV, the perfect place to unwind after a day by the coast.

The home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across three well appointed bedrooms, all conveniently located off the main hallway and living area. There are also two bathrooms, including a central main bathroom and a private ensuite.

The fully equipped kitchen and adjoining dining area make it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together during your stay. A separate laundry with a washer and dryer is also provided for added convenience.

Outside, you’ll find a second living space within the bungalow, complete with a kitchenette, TV, and seating area, ideal for families or groups wanting extra space to relax.

Step out onto the deck and enjoy the BBQ area, perfect for laid-back afternoons and easy evenings after a day at the beach.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

GUEST ACCESS
This coastal retreat comfortably accommodates 8 guests across 3 bedrooms. Please see the layout below.

Bedroom 1 – 1 x Queen bed
Bedroom 2 – 1 x Queen bed
Bedroom 3 – 2 x Single bunk beds

Included in the home: doona, doona cover, pillows and bath mats.

What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels and hand towels.

Guests have the choice of:

BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring their own fitted, sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their beach, bath and tea towels along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations.

Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire a full linen set for $30 per bed which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.

Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person which includes 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).

Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom which includes a bathmat and hand towel.

Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.

If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any additional pricing. For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours' notice as last-minute requests may not be possible. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.

We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions. A QR code for the manual is also available at the property. If you need any guidance, reach out to our team, we are happy to help.

GETTING AROUND
There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties, or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbors complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we have reserved the right to evict guests.

Booking reservations can only be confirmed once the verification process has been successfully completed.

Pets are welcome but must be cleaned up during/ after the stay.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home and therefore unfortunately we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the home easily. We can be contacted via the booking platform anytime during your stay and we will send you our office number if you need us urgently. We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Thank you.
